I purchased this cream after hearing a review about it helping Keratosis Pilaris which I suffer quite badly from. I have used this cream on my arms both day and night for a month and it has helped dramatically. Will definitely be buying more and highly recommend.

Purchased this for my daughter, as the red bumps on her arms were getting pretty bad, and she has a ball coming up. Have tried other creams but nothing has worked until this. In just 2 days most the bumps have gone. Couldnt be happier.

It didn’t clear up my skin in a couple of days like the other reviewers, but after using for two weeks my skin has improved about 95% and I am thrilled! My job came out of nowhere and was really quite severe, my seem suggested this cream. It’s expensive but worth it - just be patient and use consistently

I am in my 60s have dry scaly sun damaged legs a friend suggested trying Lanate body cream so I did over the winter about 10weeks now my legs are now a lot smoother the dryness has gone the redness has gone and the itch has gone I will be using this product regularly as a moisturiser no need for anything else. I have had keratosis pilaris on my arms FOREVER and have tried everything to get rid of it but nothing has worked. I came across the previous review by 'Domokun' and decided to give Lanate a go. I have been using Lanate for 3 days and the bumps on my arms are GONE! My arms feel so soft! I'm so happy! Can't wait to see what happens over the next few weeks :) Fellow KP sufferers, please get onto this product! I love love love it.
I've bought 4 bottles of this so far and keep coming back. I have pretty bad keratosis pilaris and by no means is it gone after using this cream (for maybe half a year), but it's the only product (I've tried many which were much more expensive) that has made my skin much smoother. It also doesn't a strong chemical smell which is always appreciated.
I picked this up on recommendation to help my keratosis pilaris. It's not a miracle lotion, but after just a week of use, I began to notice the difference. I was concerned that it wouldn't last long, but when you use it as directed, 150g goes a long way.
Ever since I can remember I've suffered from red spots all over my bum. I tried everything and just didn't know why they wouldn't go away...until i realised that I actually had the skin condition KP. After a bit of research i found Lanate body cream & am pleased to say that after around two weeks of using it i have the smoothest, spot and blemish free bum I've evet had! Just in time for summer and bikinis. Can't recommend this product enough.
I bought this after reading it was effective at improving KP (kilaris pilaris). I used it every morning and evening for 3 months and saw zero improvement in the KP on my upper arms. I've since switched to Paula's Choice 2% BHA Lotion and it's the first product out of the half dozen I've tried to actually make some improvement (although totally nothing life changing). I've ordered exfoliating clothes and will use that in conjunction with the lotion. In my experience, Lanate does nothing to help KP.
