Lancome Galatee Confort 200ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

Tried this product years ago it helped heal and comfort dry skin with upcoming winter season! Worked with first application. I use as cleanser morning and night. I message and wipe face clean with warm soft washcloth!! Feels like a spa treatment! Looking for recommendations for lightweight facial lotion to apply after! I can not tolerate any lotions with spf sun protection! Thank you!!

I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! A favorite

I have remained faithful to this milky cleanser for years. It is a favorite always! I still miss Lancôme body cleaner everyday. It was discontinued suddenly, with no warning during the beginning of everything, in early 2020. It was Lancôme’s basic body wash, it was green in color. It was called Savon Frachelle. I still occasionally look for it, hoping it has returned. I know if I ever saw it available, I would be thrilled & I would immediately buy several of them.

Favourite Cleanser - and I have tried a lot.

This is definitely my favourite all time cleanser. Best used with a Lancome Toner of your choice. Use as instructed with wiping off and following up with the toner. I have used it just rinsing off with water and that reduces its effectiveness at keeping your skin hydrated and soft. I have used many cleansers over the years and keep coming back to this one. I only use it in the morning as it is quite pricey and I try and use a more generic foaming cleanser at night given my night time routine includes serum and a slightly heavier moisturiser. I have been using this since for the last 20 years - which included pregnancy and now I'm getting older my skin is changing again. This seems to just get the job done.

Good makeup remover, but not for eyes

I actually like this product since it only takes a pump or two to melt my makeup or SPF off my face before cleansing. The only issue (which is a dealbreaker for me) is that the formula seems to burn/irritate my skin and especially around the eye area. I was really hoping for this to be a great double cleanser/all around makeup remover but it really fell flat with the irritation. If Lancome reworked the formula to include eye area testing (in another question they stated they did not test this product for the eyes) that would be a GAME CHANGER. Personally. I think any makeup remover should at least not irritate the eyes.

Great for very dry or sensitive skin

Soft and creamy. I think you can use this product without even using water just by wiping it off. But using water rinses it clear- no oil or residue. It does not froth nor does it bubble. It has virtually no scent at all. Even the most sensitive skin would not sting with use. Best for people with dry skin or sensitive skin. I live in Nevada and alternate this with an oil cleanser during the dryest times.

Lancôme make up remover more so daily facial clea!

This is a great product I absolutely love it ! I use it actually and a primer and every night before sleep it has a little bit oil and it’s even good for oily skin . It cleans pores like a miracle! I keep buying and staking them at home bc I am afraid they will discontinue and something so I won’t be able to buy it ! Thank you Lancôme for making such a great skin product!!!!!!

Lovely!!!

This is my first time useing this product and I have found it awesome! I normally use Creme-Mousse Comfort, but for this dry winter air and cold my older skin needs something gentler. This is it! Just apply and massage in for a few minutes and tissue off. Even removes make-up well! I rinse and wipe with a moist cloth also but not absolutly neccesary. Feels amazing!

Torn

I’ve been using Lancome products for over two decades and love their skincare line. I seldom experience any negative reactions to their products. The Lait Galatee Confort works wonderfully in removing makeup, including mascara and eyeliner with ease. It leaves my dry skin feeling very soft and conditioned - hence the 4 stars. Unfortunately, it also irritates my skin a bit when I first apply it, and I used it for over a month with little change. I'm torn because it works so well with removing makeup and moisturizes better than any other face wash I've ever used. Its for this reason I recommend others give it a try, especially for those with dry skin.
