I received this makeup free from Influenster and Lancome in exchange for my honest review . The Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Concealer is truly amazing! I have one in this line from a previous formulation that had amazing coverage, but you had to be careful how to apply the texture. This has that amazing coverage, but an even more amazing texture that makes it easy to use! It's a medium coverage concealer that borders on full coverage in one thin coat, but can easily be layered to ultra full. Something important if you have blemishes or dark circles that show through! Plus a little goes a long way! The packaging is heavy and luxe as you'd expect from Lancome, and the big doe foot applicator comes to a point to make covering small or large areas easy. The texture of the concealer is thin but not watery, and blends out so easily without losing coverage. It easily looks like skin when used as a highlight or contour over the flat parts of the face, but doesn't crease up in nooks and crannies around the nose or even under the eyes. A very small amount may crease under the eyes before you powder, so I make sure to tap it just before setting to avoid that. It's nothing to do with the product, just that skin creases as we look around. I have shade 415 Bisque (W) for bronzing and contouring, and shade 095 Ivoire (W) for highlighting and concealing. I'm happy these come in a huge shade range and labelling the undertones clearly so we can choose the right shade for us! I only wish that the light shade wouldn't have two names, because the packaging notes that the US name is different than the 006 Beige Ocre that it's labeled elsewhere, and that can be confusing. I was pleasantly surprised with this concealer! I am 45 with fair cool combo skin who prefers a full or buildable concealer that sets down (isn't slippery) but doesn't look dry. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Concealer ticks all the boxes! It blends easily to a thin layer that just tints your skin with high coverage pigments. It sets down fully so It doesn't leave greasy goop that slides and gathers in those tiny lines under my eyes to make them more noticeable. The instructions were to use the lighter shade for concealer and the darker shade for contour. The concealer is really nice, it goes on nice and smoothly and it has great coverage and it's also buildable. My only concern is that it does seem to crease in my fine lines around my eyes which makes them more noticeable, not less. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I LOVED my lancome teinte idole foundation (old formula) so I was so excited to try this concealer. And I've been so disappointed. I literally never wear it, and have since bought three concealers that do everything I want out of concealers and love (elf hydrating camo for undereyes, Laura Mercier flawless fusion for undereyes, and NARS soft matte concealer for spot concealing). Base products (foundation and concealer) are my favorite part of doing my makeup, and I get excited to wear my three other concealers. This one doesn't come close to any of them, whether for undereyes or spot concealing or eyeshadow priming.It is NOT full coverage. It is medium coverage and doesn't last long on my combo skin.
