I was using Burt's Bees original chapstick, which kept my lips moisturized, but only while it was on. It doesn't feel sticky or uncomfortable, and my lips haven't cracked or peeled in so long I even forgot what it feels like. I shall repurchase this forever!I had tried the mini mask first in Raspberry flavour and I loved it, and decided to get the Mint Choco because duh, choco. Although I got used to it, this flavour was way too minty for me and I will probably get another one next time.

I live up north, and it gets absolutely freezing here in winter. I have veey dry lips, and I have tried a LOT of products, both balms and lip masks. This one works fairly well on my lips, I really wake up woth soft and smooth lips (even though the effect doesn't last if I go the whole day without a lip balm of some sort). Of all the products I've tried, I like this the best so far. I have tried the mini size Berry one, and I bought the full size Grapefruit one. I think I prefer the Grapefruit because the smell is a lot more discreet that the Berry one. Honestly, you can barely smell the grapefruit when you open the jar, and once you apply it to your lips, you won't be able to smell it at all. If you, like me, prefer discreetly scented or unscented products, I'd recommend this.

As a runner, I often struggle with dry chapped lips during the winter months, but this resolved that better than any of the medicated lip balms I'd previously used. Could I wear it during the day? No..I still find it too sticky and thick for daytime use, but it comes into it's own when used as a mask overnight..I wake up with completely healed and hydrated lips, that are super pouty and pink to boot! And the effect lasts at least until lunchtime.The spatula to apply means I don't end up with product under my long nails, and a little goes a long way, so the 20g jar should last me at least 6 months. Firstly, it does not smell like grapefruit, but synthetic grapefruit candy. So if you are looking for a nice citrus scent instead of sugary sweet, unfortunately this is not it. Secondly, and more importantly, I've noticed that I have to reapply more throughout the day because this will just wear off and leave me with dry lips. It's reminiscent of an eos or Carmex that doesn't provide any long term benefits to keep you applying and buying replacements. This lip mask is fairly nice to slather on at night, but you will have to repeat this process every day or else your lips will get chapped again. My favorite truly healing chapstick ... honestly i read reviews and everyone loved it so much that i decided to give it a try, but i dont think it does much. the scent is nice, kinda like a sweet berry and like a hint of sourness? (not rancid but think like a candy). i put on a thick layer overnight and wake up to regular lips-not dry with dead skin, but just bare lips with no product on dry. and there are some reviews where people say they wipe off the excess in the morning, but that didnt happen to me, and my lips didnt feel very hydrated.i am just using it up now as like a regular lip balm.however my sister had a different experience. she tried it on overnight and said her lips felt very hydrated. THIS is the love of my life . my one and only. my dearestok seriously though i love this so much this is my third one now. it's quite thick and you can feel it on your mouth, but in a more moist way than vaseline or stick lip balms. i usually apply only before makeup and at night, and i wipe off the excess before lipstick. if you're not sure whether you'd like this texture you could always try the mini first!i've also tried the grapefruit and apple lime flavours so far, and apple lime is my favourite. the flavours aren't too strong but this one has more of a candy apple smell than lime.in the picture i just swirled my finger on the surface slightly - it comes with an applicator, but i just find using my hands faster.
