I received this product on February 14, and I've been incorporating it into my skincare routine since then. I've been trying to find a good moisturizer because my skin gets overly dry during the winter season. I've tried a lot, but most of them tend to clog my pores, until this one. Normally I prefer fragrance free products, however the scent wasn’t overwhelming. It had a nice, light, fresh fragrance. The only drawback is I find it took a while to absorb into my skin. At first, it felt like the cream was just sitting on top of my skin. Eventually it did absorb though. This might be because it is a really thick cream.Overall, I rate it a 4/5. The boxy bubble looking packaging reminds me a lot of brands like grow recipe and drunk elephant, which are now associated with a younger crowd. My previous mental image of Laneige was that it is a more minimalistic brand with packaging that echos the calmness of the product. The aluminum seal was difficult to open also making the product seem cheaper.

It has a very light fresh, clean scent that is super delicate and pleasant. The product is very thick and creamy, but melts into my skin in an instant and leave a hydrated, healthy skin finish. Nothing about it is greasy or like it will slip and slide around your face. This sets extremely well under makeup and also looks and feels fantastic on no makeup days! Overall this is going in my holy grail skin care category. Do yourself a favor if you find that you always have dry skin, and try the Laneige Water Bank Moisturizer. Your skin will thank you!
