We have seen many friends trampolines wear out within 12 months. The friend who has a Vuly has been bouncing for years! They are durable, really safe and have features you dont find in other brands. We will be bouncing on our Vuly Lift 2 for years to come...dad included!I ordered online which was really easy. The products were well displayed and there was heaps of information about what I was buying. I could track the shipping from the moment it was dispatched to the day it arrived at my door. It arrived to my place near Newcastle within a week.Could not recommend Vuly any higher!*

Very impressed, easy to assemble. Recommend you check the dimensions of what you your buying , Ill come back to this later. Bought directly from Vuly, staff were great and I received my several boxes with in a week. Watch the video online on how to assemble , went to assemble however mine had bolts but Vuly provided the Allan Keys for assembly. Had little to no trouble with Assembly, every thing lined up. Could do it on your own but the help of child or adult will make things go quicker. Assemble where you want it... becomes very heavy and is quite tall. The quality is in the frame.

Couldnt be more happy!! I chose to get the Vuly 360 Max 3 sections Swing Set because of the variety of swings and the interchangeable options. I thought it would suit my energetic 8 year old son more than other standard swing sets as It will suit him as he grows and not get bored. It is perfect!! He LOVES it, everyone that has seen it comments on how awesome it is. The cubby house is a really fun and cool section in its own right!! Only thing is the Cubby house material in the joins unfortunately easily ripped when pulled but I tried to stretch it in a section it was not ment to go. I was able

We bought the swing set to keep our grandchildren (ages 1-13) entertained & enjoying time outdoors. We bought extra swings designed for different age groups and we are very pleased with the fact that we can easily interchange the individual swings to cater for the age of the grandchild using the swing at any specific time. The swing set was easy to put together and although we were missing 4 bolts, we completed a warranty claim online and had the missing bolts (plus extras) delivered within the week.
The kids absolutely love this swing set, the hammock swing is a big hit. We had a little difficulty putting it together, the posts didnt simply slide into each other, it required a bit of force to get them to fit. The boxes are clearly marked with whats inside, so if youre having it delivered be mindful of that. I thought our kids might be getting too old for a swing set, and that might be true of traditional swing sets, but the 360 pro is anything but traditional. The kids are nuts for it, and I think its great that you can change the swings so easily, giving them lots of variety. Id def
Our kids love their Vuly 360 Swing Set! It was a (very early) Christmas present and they have already got so much use out of it. Cant get my 2 year old off the baby swing and my older two love that they can swap the swings/accessories out easily! Great quality and love the sleek look of the black frame. Now they have their eyes on the trampoline.... told them to write a letter to Santa for Christmas 2020, ha! Also really pleased with the quick delivery and wonderfully polite (and accommodating) customer service when I called to enquire about a price drop on a product. Thanks Vuly!
Love that this is a decent frame size and choice of tube dimensions is top notch. Also liked that they use properly graded stainless steel fasteners (A2-70). Did not like that the angle of one top frame section was not right. Causing the leg support section on one side being ridiculously out of position. Had to flip the unit sideways and even my 80kg was not enough to deflect into position. Had to loosen all screws, then wedge myself in to get leverage and finally got the legs lined up enough to then get another person to belt them on. Good luck ever getting it apart again. A small error in t
Overall a long lasting, sturdy, quality swing which easily attaches to the vuly play sets. Minimal colour fade in over 2 years. Only downsides are perhaps it should have had a few holes in it to let water drain out after heavy rain. Rain seems to pool on top and if unused sit there for an extended period of time. The texture / patterned plastic also makes it harder to clean because you can't just wipe it clean when dirty from rain, dust andamp; daily exposure to the elements, dirt gets into the corners easily. To help keep it clean and dry we use one of the snap hooks to position the swin
We have chosen to purchase (or should I say Santa) two Vuly products, the trampoline (a couple of years ago) and now the swing set. Vuly gave us excellent, personal service, high-quality (and practical!) products, even to us in regional Queensland who ordered online. We love the shade features and that unlike any other product we could find, love that it meets a growing age-group and age-group range which actually suits our 1yr, 3yr, 10yr and 12yr old. Its paid for itself over and over, and continues to last in the Australian sun! We LOVE Vuly!
Look I won’t lie , there’s a few things to hate. Let’s start with them .No manual/instructions included it’s all online, kinda a pain especially when the phones almost flat. Parts didn’t slide into place easily . And last negative no labels on the bolts. Now onto the good parts. We got the 360 pro max large swing set suitable for 3 kids, basketball ring came free bonus. Youngest loved it and demanded it be built , all ready for Easter weekend. The changeable swings/ equipment is a bonus. Being interchangeable means less chance of getting bored..Super quick postage . Delivered within a week of ordering. Will say tho the company they used didn’t update us that the item was being delivered and no one was home so the item was left out side for a while. The kids ... MoreLook I won’t lie , there’s a few things to hate.
