Lavazza, Coffee Gran Selezione, 12 Ounce

My every day cup of coffee. It makes rich, intense espressi with a full body. I like it intense because I’m adding milk to my coffee. There are different roast grades from Lavazza. I’ve experimented with all kinds of coffee, and Lavazza is my brand of coffee!

I bought the LavAzza Perfectto at my local supermarket and it is absolutely the best coffee I have ever had. I tried to buy again on my next visit but they did not carry it anymore. I kept the bag it came in so I will ask why they didn't continue to sell it. I shared a cup with my sister and she said the same - absolutely delicious! Kudos to your company for making such fabulous coffee!

This is probably the best coffee I have ever had, and I'm 70 years old. It's a bit slow going through my filter, but that's probably my fault.Also, use it up before it expires. I let sealed bag #2 expire, even though I had it in the cabinet in the freezer bag. I think the chocolate hint, must have gone out of it. Still good coffee. Remember, all these questionable comments are my fault not the coffees. It is an excellent coffee.

Another LavAzza I Love!

I decided to try this based on the online reviews I found elsewhere and I am not disappointed. I like this even better than the regular LavAzza that comes in a tin can. This is a strong coffee with a hint of chocolate flavor, very smooth and has no bitterness at all. The only complaint I have is that I can't drink this often because it upsets my stomach, so I would assume the acid level is regular or higher. But I will continue to buy because of its flavor. Every time I make this, the whole house is filled with the coffee aroma and it always invites my husband and son to come from different areas of the house to join me with coffee. Love this!

Great high quality coffee

Once I found out this was the same coffee served in Olive Garden, I was hooked. I had tried it in Italy and found that the flavor was not too strong, and with the addition of creamer, a nice smooth taste with a slight chocolate flavor. It is also finely ground without coffee shells, so it is 100% been only. Target carries it at a better price than all of the grocery stores I have visited. It's a good deal.

I love this coffee!

I love this coffee! It is a dark roast, so if you like a strong, robust coffee, this is it. I have also tried the Lavazza Medium roast and it is also very good. I just prefer a dark roast. Very reasonable price thru Walmart. Quality coffee.

Package open

I have ordered this item several times.The coffee I received today was open! Imagine the mess I now have to cleanup!I have never had a problem with this before. I hope if I place another order this doesn’t happen again.

Perfect for expresso machines!

I love the full rich taste fro making lattes in my expresso machine. This is a FINE expresso grind so would it work for French press . LOVE this coffee. This one and Perfectto make my mornings bright and happy. I wish it were organic but I love it so much I use it anyway!

Possesses nice, layered flavors...

Gran Selezione tastes of toffee (maybe even semi-sweet chocolate to some), and yes, it actually does convey a sweet taste with the coffee flavor. One of my regulars.

Weird taste, I tried both

Weird taste, I tried both drip and french. Did taste better when mixed with gran aroma and also with Folger's black gold under both methods. I mixed them because I paid for this and didn't want to throw it out.
