Lavazza Coffee, Ground, Medium, Qualita Rossa - 8.8 oz

Lavazza Qualità Rossa is one of the best coffee blends ever. I'm a great coffee lover and when I want to drink a very good coffee for cuddling myself I choose this kind of coffee that represents a fantastic reward. The elements I like the most are the smell ,the flavour and the taste : all of them are intense and strong and the backtaste is pleasantly long lasting. The packaging is very distinctive and eye catching and guarantees a good preservation of the coffee.

Lavazza is the most popular coffee brand in Italy, my country, and Qualità Rossa is the one you are likely to find on most Italian tables. It's perfect for breakfast, on its own or with milk, it's the typical end of an Italian meal, it's the right ingredient for tiramisu or any other coffee based dessert... A tip if you own a coffee maker like the one in the picture (moka): never, never use dish soap to clean it! Just rinse thoroughly under running water and that's it, and remember the older it looks, the better.

Good quality

This has become our regular coffee. Tried others but, for the price, this is our favourite. Brew with a moka pot with perfect results every time. Good strength without bitterness and well rounded.

Great coffee at a great price

I bought 6x 500g Lavazza ground coffee to use with a new, 12 cup drip coffee machine at a function. After reading up on recommend quantities of coffee to use, the coffee produced tasted fantastic and many people commented on the good taste. The price makes it a bargain. The sell by date, 2024 was on each packet and each packet weighed 500g.

Great coffee; terrible price, wrong description

The coffee is delicious and great for a Moka Pot - we have bought it many times before from other retailers. I was THRILLED when I saw this because the item description said it was a 4-pack. Great price! Right? WRONG. Walmart.com insisted by phone and email - even with screen shots - that this was for a single bag. They did not honor the item details so I returned it. I can get a better price per bag from Amazon. Proceed with caution or just know that this is a price per bag, despite the item description.

Makes a decent espresso with good crema

I ordered these Lavazza Qualita Rossa beans to use in my bean to cup machine at home. I’ve previously used the ground version but freshly ground beans definitely add to the the freshness of the brew. The Qualita Rossa is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans which has a full bodied flavour, with a slight taste of cacao. I’ve found it to be quite versatile and it works equally well as an espresso or in a latte. Great value at the Asda rollback price too!

TERRIBLE...used to good (before downgrade!!!!)

Been buying Lavazza Rossa for 20 years, but the quality has recently been severely downgraded. Tastes and smells like filth, nothing better than Nescafe...or worse!!!!Now with a burnt, metallic flavour...obviously due to covid/cost of living crisis/brexit costs Italy has decided to dump this Z- grade coffee on us. I won't be buying again

The BEST Cafetiere ground coffee I've tried

We've tried quite a few others but this Lavazza ground coffee is the BEST. Small vacuum sealed packs keep it tasting fresh, time after time. We would recommend giving it a try, if you like good quality strong coffee. It's the best possible start to the day!

hard to rate something like coffee bcs it's down to personal taste but I never seem to enjoy Lavazza, either when tried in a cafe or at home. No discerning flavour that makes me want to drink it again, or enjoy it really and this was awful, had some weird slightly acrid dusty flavour to it. i know, hard to describe but never buying that brand again. find the Asda Extra Special Java a much nicer flavour, full, fruity etc but this, meeeeeeeeeh no thanks. for flavour reference i can't stand starbucks but don't mind Costa or Dunelm or Nero.
