I was gifted this mug for Christmas and was loving using it - it is the perfect size for a cuppa and the soft pink colour looks lovely. However after 2 months of using it, it completely cracked with the bottom of the mug falling away from the rest of it. I would expect this to happen to more well used mug but this was essentially brand new. Really disappointing, especially as the brand is one I use regularly and usually can't fault!

Bought these expensive mugs as they are supposed to keep drinks warm longer. Well i'm the mug because no they don't. What a load of nonsense. In fact I found these mugs to cause my hot drinks to go cold much faster than a china mug. Having to gulp my drink down fast now so its not cold in 5 minutes. Better off with a doubled wall mug. Will not be buying more as planned. Expensive mistake. Don't be fooled.

I bought these in bamboo green, to match a similar style cup we have. I hope to increase the number we have and get rid of all the odd mugs, which make you shiver as you open the cupboard and view.Great size, not too large, not too small, and very robust. I love the bright green colour too.Hints don’t work in my family, but if they did, I’d be happy with these for my. Birthday or Christmas.

Love the quality and the colours . Strong and great handle to hold for tea or coffee.Need to buy some more next time I'm in store.Diffidently recommended if you want a nice cuppa.Matches very with my blue marble top kitchen.Another point is the coffee and tea seem to stay warmer for a little longer than my old mugs .Or I just might be drinking them quicker 🤗
Bought these for a Christmas gift. Very nice mugs. They are sturdy and well made. The sea salt color is really pretty! The only negative would be, it's hard to choose a color, they are all so pretty!I also would like to compliment how well they were packaged for shipment. You can tell you care about your products. Excellent product. Price higher than other products but well worth it. Fantastic colours and well designed. We have 18 of these mugs that are regularly used and cleaned in a dish washer. No chips or fading. All as good as new. Ideal for coffee or tea and always get positive feed back from guests. We are fans of Le Creuset products.
I bought every member of my family a Le Creuset mug for Christmas. I chose colours from throughout the entire range, appropriate to the receiver. Even the kids loved their mugs! The glazes Le Creuset uses are spectacular - Dark Teal a particular success. Black Satine was judged too nice to be taken back to University - it would get pinched! John Lewis packed everything beautifully in a large box and delivered it to the relatives I was spending Christmas with. I then wrapped them individually. All of us were very, very pleased.
Bought the Satin Black mug and very disappointed at how its appearence has deteriorated over time. Obviously we wash it in the dishwasher, and after just a few weeks of non-heavy use it has become speckled and really taken away from how its meant to look. It has become speckled and textured and to be honest, ruined the effect of the Satin colour. It's also very easy to scratch with fingernails and leaves a dark-grey mark on the black. Supposedly you can get the speckles out with some Le Creuset cleaning stuff, but that costs £16+.Have purchased a bright orange and light purple one since, and would easily give them 5 Stars. They feel fantastic to drink from, they look great and have been incredibly durable in comparison. Love these mugs. Great for long blacks. Great for any other liquid really. Actually it doesn’t even have to be a liquid. I used it to catch a spider once. Was perfect for that too. I feel like the spider also enjoyed the experience. And why wouldn’t he, it’s a wonderful mug. Just be careful not to catch the spiders leg under the rim.
