I knew that this pan would be decent quality as it is by Le Creuset but after using it, I can now say that is is absolutely excellent. Fantastic quality, and everything I've made so far cooks so well. Super easy to clean, even when food is stuck on - soak with soap for few minutes and it just falls off. Well worth the money.

I have the 30 inch stainless steel casserole already which is great but have been looking for a smaller and lighter casserole to to use more day to day & this one is just perfect. It works for 5/6 good servings, has really good handles and still looks good enough to go from oven to table.I have loved my trusty old cast iron Le Creuset pans but find I need something a little lighter now and this is much easier to lift and handle so it's the right time to upgrade.Easy to clean and very happy to go in dishwasher, works on hob or in oven so it's a great find

This pan is really handy and versatile. It has now replaced my much heavier Cast iron pans - which for the similar size weigh approximately 5.5kg VS 2.4kg for this pan. Remember these are large pans, with a volume of 3.2 litres for the cast iron, and 4.8 litres for this pot. I can comfortably cook two portioned medium chickens in this dish which will easily add a few kilos to the finished weight as well as stock and vegetables. Paellas and rice dishes also work great, and mean people can serve themselves from the pan.This pan has replaced my hob to oven to serving casserole. This pan is brilliant, stunning even. No exaggeration, it's changed the way I cook, and so changed my life. Of course they are eye-wateringly expensive, but if you enjoy cooking, I would 100% unreservedly recommend this pan!
My most used pan. Great for risottos, casseroles, stir fries and almost anything else you can think of. High quality. Check your oven width before you buy. With the handles on the side it's a tight squeeze in mine.
I went for the 30cm size as the other two felt too small for us since the edges are curved. It heats up well leaving the handles cool to touch and food cooks evenly. Works on induction hob. We make pasta sauces, curries etc all of these cook beautifully. The quality speaks for itself, my previous pans from Le Creuset are over 15 years old and still look great!

I wanted a stainless steel dish to replace my heavy cast iron 24cm round casserole from Le Creuset. After researching the various options and sizes available, I eventually decided on the 26cm shallow casserole. The price at Leekes was the best I found online. Service and delivery were great. Used my new dish twice already, once to make curry and once as a roasting tin to cook buttermilk chicken kebabs in the oven. So much lighter to lift, which is great! And I can cook at lower temperatures due to the 3-ply construction. The 26cm size does 2-3 adults with hearty appetites just fine.
It's my go-to pan; everything cooks well, it conducts the heat well, it looks good enough to take to the table and is dishwasher safe. I think it's far more versatile than their cast iron range.It was bought for me as a present years ago, and because of all the joy and reliability it gave me, I recently purchased this as a wedding present for a good friend knowing that it will last for years - perhaps even (presumptuously) they could pass it down to their children. I really, really love this product!
