I love these!!!!!! Thrilled to get ot on sale. I have multiples of these. So practical! Easy to clean, just let condensation form, to soften the food on bottom, & cleans up my cooked oatmeal like a breeze. Do be careful about the flame, over time they can discolor, & i would blame burning things in the pot for that. I can?t get one I?ve had perfectly cleaned, however I will not give it away, unless I can replace it with another 2Q ( i have 4 different sizes!). it?s still useable. These are heirloom quality investment pieces, & they should be handled with care. They are super expensive, so when they are on sale, GET THEM RIGHT AWAY, don?t wait, because they sell out fast

I love the frying pan, since it's perfect for 1-2 people, and the pan is also an ideal size for when you're not making a great deal, but a small pan is too small. Being Le Creuset, it is of exceptional quality and the color is just beautiful! Very happy with this purchase - would highly recommend it to anyone contemplating, should I or shouldn't I - I went back and forth and now am using it all the time!!! Buy it!

I own Staub to my regret. The finish came off & there is rust. The Sea salt is darker than photo but still pretty. I successfully made four pancakes in the fry pan. The pot is a good size so I'm keeping this. I wanted to cancel but sur la table said it was not possible. Williams Sonoma is selling a French oven for $70 less so ... oh well. This sea salt color is fabulous. I see this set sold 2nd hand so this impulse purchase was regretted by not a few people. The regular cast iron lids are useless so I'm making peace with the $70 spent. But I probably am so burned by not being able to cancel that I will probably never buy le creuset again BUT I love this. I know how to use it & its very nice.
This is my absolute favorite Le Creuset purchase ever. I love that it is two pans in one. Each pan is absolutely perfect for its' purpose. Both pieces hold more than they appear to. The enameled inside is very easy to clean. I would highly recommend these pans for anyone who is looking to get started with this brand.
This review is overdue... For years I have made fudge at Christmas and have always looked for the perfect pot. I have been through several high quality copper pots and stainless steel, along with nonstick versions and aluminum. I tried this saucepan this past holiday season and it is absolutely perfect. The fact that it heats up gradually and evenly and then holds the heat while you are stirring in the ingredients--all without sticking to the pan--it's everything I was looking for and had no idea LeCreuset would be the answer. I look forward to the next holiday season to use it for fudge but meanwhile it's great for all kinds of other things too! I purchased the sea salt color and it's beautiful.
This was my first piece of Le Creuset, lusted after it for years until finally could afford it. Got Honey color, so cheerful to cook with any time of day. Now I have several more pieces (in Artichoke) to enjoy. Yes, they're all heavy, but they cook evenly and are easy to use once you master the preheating tip and the amount & timing of heat & butter/oil or liquid to use to cook your food. Easy to clean if you follow these tips. The ol' baking soda and water boil works great for stubborn residue. I particularly wanted cookware with light-color interiors so I can keep track of what's going on in there ;-)
This is awesome. It is Le Creuset so you get top notch quality. We normally use this for boiling stuff, but the pan/lid is a real bonus. Sure I have plenty of other Le Creuset Dutch/French ovens, but none have a handle like this pot.The small pan is nice for the occasional 2 or three egg breakfast, but the Lodge is just better at that stuff. Cleanup is a breeze with pot and pan.Really, if you are interested in this, you are looking for a smaller pot to boil noodles, potatoes, and rice in. This is ideal for two adults with leftovers, or 2 to 4 person families.
This was less expensive than the 2.25 qt saucepan that didn't even have a lid, so the value was a no brainer even though it's only in a color that doesn't match my set I've created. Very handy size for making a full meal for a couple, or breakfasts and lunches for a family. I regularly use the saucepan for oatmeal and reheating leftovers for lunches like soup, and the lid is a great size for breakfast tacos, quesadillas, fried eggs.
The 2.5 Qt pan is our favorite "go to" pan - perfect for the morning oatmeal. The small skillet lid pan is a clever bonus. The skillet lid is wonderful for small jobs like toasting some nuts or melting butter. The LeCreuset is also so quiet even on the power boil setting on our new induction stove top! And the Sea Salt color is absolutely gorgeous!
