I've owned many pieces of Le Creuset over the years and can't imagine not having them in my kitchen. When I bought my first 2 Le Creuset pans over 20 years ago, I ruined them by using the wrong types of cleaners. Using store-bought abrasive cleaners will take away the stick resistant surface that Le Creuset pans offer so be mindful of what you're using. I highly recommend the Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Cleaner if you want to protect your pans so you can use them for years to come. Don't believe me? Wash your pan with dish soap until you think it's clean. Your sponge or towel will still 'drag' along the inside cooking surface of the pan. Then clean with the Cast Iron Cleaner and you'll feel the difference with your bare hand. It really works and cleans my saucepans both inside and outside. It is very expensive against other cleaners but I purchased in a clearance which helped. If you spend that much on Le Creuset cast iron saucepans it is worth paying for this as.it a small price in comparison with the saucepans and it gives them a new lease of life. It does go a long way, you only need a very small amount each time and my last bottle lasted years.

Bought to remove some staining from a fairly new Le Creuset dish and it worked really well. You only need a small amount and rub in gently. After rinsing the surface is spotless again. Also useful on ceramic style pans.

Love it,,,, I keep a good supply on hand. Never failed getting my Le Creuset cleaned and beautiful againI accidentally left something cooking to long and it burned dry. I soaked my pot a while then I washed the pot I took the pot out of the water and used the cleaner and my scrub daddy and it was like magic.My pot was back to looking like new. Yes a little expensive,,,but so is my Le Creuset I want something that works to keep them looking nice.My Le Creuset will be handed down to my daughter. I want her to be proud of how nice they look.;
This stuff is essential for enameled cast iron. I bought this with a Le Creuset sauteuse but immediately used it on my less fancy dutch oven and it made the interior enamel look brand new again with no elbow grease required in just a few minutes. Totally worth it.
I debated about spending this much for a little over 8 oz. of cleaner but considered all the money I had invested in all my Le Creuset cook ware. Beside I knew QVC has a good return policy. My Le Creuset is all in white. I put 2 drops on a scrub daddy scouring pad and did 2 skillets and a dutch oven and the results were excellent. I then added another drop and did the rest. One of the skillets required a little extra scrubbing but it turned out very well. The oldest piece did not come out completely stainless but the others did. I would recommend this purchase.
After reading some of the reviews for this cleaner, I was a bit doubtful whether it would be worth the price, and whether it would make much of a difference to my twenty-five year old and stained casserole.I was pleased with the results of the first few cleans, and the casserole has come up much better than I expected. The stains seem to become less apparent each time I use the cleaner, and the enamel feels smoother. My new large casserole has been receiving the beauty treatment after each use, and it is noticeably much better than ordinary kitchen detergents.
After reading some of the other reviews of this product I was a bit worried it would not have much impact on my white Le Creuset casserole which has developed twenty years of discoloration. After just a couple of applications, the casserole looked a lot better and the interior surface was much smoother. Obviously, given how many years it had been in use, I didn't expect to come up as new. I was skeptical about the product actually working, and hated to pay so much for such a small bottle. But I am very impressed and so glad I purchased this cleaner.Soaking in warm water (after cooling) and washing with a Dobie sponge got my Le Creuset interior 98% clean. But it seemed, over time, there was a little residue of a few very lightly stained areas and a dull finish on the white surface. I used the cleaner today and wow! Applied a small amount with a damp paper towel. Rinsed with soapy warm water. Then repeated that process twice with a small amount of cleaner and a Dobie pad. Wasn't sure about actually scrubbing with Dobie, but it worked! The interior is perfectly clean and the high shine restored. Looks like it did from the factory!Pricey but well worth it!
