Wonderful pan to replace one that I've had for 35 years. Not cheap but, in this case, an awful lot cheaper than other sellers.

After reading about the Le Creuset I was excited to receive my order (28cm Frying pan), however I have to admit I am very disappointed. The first time is used the product was to cooked scrambled eggs and I was very disappointed to find how easy the eggs stuck to the pan. I attempted to clean the pan, once it had cooled down, but I couldn’t remove the egg stuck to the pan. I left it to soak for a couple of hours after this and eventually managed to remove most of the egg. The next food I tried to cook in the pan was chicken which, yet again, stuck to the pan. I again managed to get most of the left over food off the bottom of the pan but the pan is now not smooth and I’m finding it to stick more every time I use it.
