Excellent butter dish. The build quality is what you'd expect from classic Le Creuset. Durable stoneware and a classic look for the counter. The size is also perfect - fits a pound really nicely. Exactly what I was hoping for, and the Agave colour is brilliant. My Consiglio's experience was so good I'm ordering a pasta maker and accessories right now! As a video producer I might have to start making pasta making videos. Thanks, Consiglio's!

I was delighted to be able to expand my own style of kitchen inventory with this butter dish in the usual LeCreuset quality. The stoneware has convinced me more and more over time. I love this BAMBOO GREEN, the design, the functionality and the feel. Items that last a lifetime if handled correctly are simply great. If you like, you can of course choose from a wide range of different colours for the stoneware from LeCreuset.

I like the size and design very much. I had problems with fitting the butter in the other butter dishes, but this one is big and nicely storing the butter fresh. I also like that Le Creuset also added a small recipe books. It could’ve had a bit more of vegetarian recipes but I am definitely check them out. Delivery was fast. I hope they can do a little better with sustainability with packaging.

Who ever thought there would be western, eastern, American and who knows what other sizes of butter and that apparently all the manufactures of butter dishes were out east or something. Finally a butter dish that can fit a whole 1lb “western” size butter block!!! The only one I have been able to find on the market. For anyone who complained about it being too big, there are thousands of other butter dishes to fit smaller portions of butter to buy.Comes in nice colours. I find the lid easy to use even without a handle and the nice sturdy base doesn’t slide around on the counter when I got to scrape butter with one hand.
Love everything about this item. Plenty large enough to hold a full pound of butter easily. The top is easy to remove with one hand and not too heavy. The colour matches perfectly with my other Blueberry Le Creuset items (called Azure Blue now?).I love this piece as much as all my other Le Creuset pieces...makes me happy to see it on my counter each day.
Bought this as a Thank-you gift for someone who did a lot for me. She absolutely LOVED it! Say's she can't live without it now :-) It can go in the fridge but also looks great on the kitchen counter. Beautiful retro shape. I have the orange & yellow myself and always getting compliments. Quality is lovely - will last forever!

Perfect size for large blocks or multiple sticks.Beautiful design, good quality, durable and easy to maintain. The range of colors is very rich.
Use this all the time. It can go in the fridge but also looks great on my kitchen counter. Beautiful retro shape. Had to buy one in Volcanic too as I loved it so much! Quality is lovely - will last forever! Would make a lovely gift for anyone that spends time in the kitchen or even a great housewarming or wedding gift. Something practical and pretty!
I never write reviews but feel I have no choice due to the fact of le cruesets lack of customer service. I purchased this butter dish at 40% off which equates to a final sale. I received a defective product and would like an exchange done which was requested in four emails with no response over a two week span. I have clearly stated the product they sent was defective. I am not sure why a company like le crueset would want something defective sitting on my counter for everyone to see the poor quality they sell people. At this point all I would like is for someone to contact me to resolve this issue.
These butter dishes are beautiful, useful and so easy to maintain. They're the right side for most pats of butter and can be washed in a dishwasher or by hand. They're sturdy and keep the butter at a decent temperature when not pushed by more extreme weather. Most of all they're beautiful with a wide range of colours. Very happy.
