Best pancake mix ever! I have always been a touch skeptical of powders and such but this is the real deal! You can taste the delicious vanilla, the almond meal and automatically you know because of the minimal ingredient list this is a real winner! I have even suggested this to my work (which is a school) to put on their menu for catering items to improve options for the students where I work! Such a delicious and wholesome product and I will order more and more and spread the good news about this wicked product! Thank you guys so much for making some so very good for us athletes and Runner’s and I look forward to using your products more and more!

I have tried different shakes from different companies and have found True to be the best! I'm trying to use up a doggy shake and can drink it by adding the collagen shake to it. The slow release protein shake is great and I can feel the difference using it nightly. I also bought the pancake and hot chocolate packets and enjoy using them. I will continue using your products and experimenting with all of the different flavours!!!
Easy to make and quick - I use a hand blender for even consistency and fluffiness, and delicious. I have mine with butter and they are divine. My favourite post workout breakfast for the right macros.

Lots of "protein snacks" can have good intentions, but taste like cardboard. I had these for breakfast this morning, and they're yummy. Definitely recommend scooping the mixture into the pan with a big spoon, it's a thick mixture that doesn't pour too well.Pro tip - use a protein shaker (with the metal ball inside) to mix them up, then remove the ball before spooning onto the frypan. and use low fat milk instead of water as the liquid.Serving suggestion - serve with a scoop of yoghurt, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
These pancakes were easy and fast to make and filling. I whisked mine in a bowl rather than a shaker.They taste great, very vanilla, my favourite flavour.My only criticism is the texture, I'm not a fan of almond meal and found the texture a little coarse rather than fluffy.I was a little naughty and ate them with maple syrup as they were a little dry, maybe I overcooked them. I'll have another try next weekend to see if I can cook them a little less.Still great if you don't want regular pancakes and I'm sure these would be perfect for people looking for a gluten free alternative.
These pancakes are amazing!! The best protein mix pancakes I have ever tried. Love the hint of coconut. The serving size is also great! My only complaint is that I can't buy a bigger bag
I really like this pancake mix, the taste and texture are agreeable, albeit a bit different from a traditional wheat flour pancake.For me the full serving as per the packet is huge, so this time I’ve split it over two days and added some high protein yoghurt and a small banana to each serve (maybe strawberries tomorrow).Keep in mind that the energy and the fat content per serve are relatively high 1110kj and 14.5g fat per 60gm serving (not including the egg or any toppings you add) so that needs to be taken into consideration for daily macros/calories.I added a little extra water to make the mixture easier to spread in the pan.
