I wanted to communicate that right after the purchase but it was so difficult to let the seller know due to Etsy’s inefficient and ineffective conduit on-site. It felt like the communication difficulty was per Etsy’s design. Unwilling to purchase anything via Etsy again!

I'm very pleased with this 18" laptop briefcase satchel. I had it monogrammed and the initials look great. It is a gift for my son. The leather is not of the highest quality and I didn't think it was leather at first but I believe it is but not the greatest quality. However, the satchel is as described and I like the size and different compartments. It is roomy without be bulky. It isn't too heavy yet it seems sturdy and will be durable. I'm happy to give this as a gift. It has met my expectations nicely and was delivered within the time frame I was given.

This item is definitely not real leather. It’s not soft and doesn’t smell like leather. The bag itself is very stiff and has very low quality. It’s a crazy amount to ship it back, so not sure what I’m going to do with this cheaply made bag now.

I purchased this computer bag as a gift for a family member, it is a lovely leather bag, with plenty of room and compartments to carry other essentials. Adding initials to the bag was a great way to add a personal touch when giving it as a gift. Communication with the seller was really good, and received regular shipping updates.
This is my first laptop bag & I absolutely love it! I can't believe how beautifully it's made, and I am glad I was able to spend some money to artisans in Ukrane, especially during these times. I will purchase from this company again, as soon as I'm able. Took a bit to get here, but considering where it or originated, well worth the wait!

I ordered this for my boyfriend for Christmas! After hours of searching for the perfect briefcase I decided to go with this one! It is everything I was hoping it would be and more. My boyfriend loves it- it’s top quality, classy simple design yet has perfect built in compartments to stay organized.
"stainless" steel rusted through upon one use. All 5 others rusted to a point of disintegration within a week. I know it cost only 2 bucks but the product is totally worthless for kitchen or any other use after a single light cleanup. It is not stainless steel. A single Brillo pad would hold together 10 times longer than these. If they were actually stainless steel they would be sanitary and great time savers.
