Just received the pants and so far I am pleased with the "Regular" fit. The one thing I would change are the front pockets. ALL cargo pants have trouser type pockets and I would really, really like to get some with a jean style slanted pocket. The trouser style invariably has me spilling coins, keys, etc. but a jean type pocket would functionally be better and help prevent this problem. LEE please give it some thought, you would be the only company to offer this style and therefore be unique in the market.

This Lee Slack has been my pant of choice for 4 yrs. The fabric is very durable with a dress slack appearance and extremely comfortable. The utility pockets on both legs make it a very accessible pant but not the appearance of cargo pants. The comfort of the flexible waistband provides all day wear without tight feel. Great pant!

I wear almost exclusively Lee bottoms (Cargo pants and shorts, jeans) on a daily basis for both work and leisure. The Extreme Comfort line are some of the best quality and best fitting pants and shorts I purchase and own (confirmed through my order history). And these synthetic cargo pants are definitely my favorite of the pants. They fit great....not too snug and not too baggy...very comfortable for all day work. HOWEVER, recently there have been inconsistencies in the pants themselves. Not necessarily from a quality control perspective, but actually different versions of the pants! Some have the patented "Extreme Motion" waistband, and some do not. Some have the "Lee" patch on the right back waistband, and some do not. The difference between the 2 "charcoal" colors is extremely minimal and not as dramatic as it appears in the pictures on the website. And finally as with many brands, the darker colors tend to run almost a full size smaller in the waist.I would certainly recommend the pants and I do prefer the ones I receive with the "extreme motion" waist. BUT....I shouldn't have to hope I'm getting the ones I want. I understand prodcuts may change, but I find it a good practice to notify my customer that these changes are implemented before I sell somehting under the same expectation I've sold it before. How about we try "NEW and IMPROVED" or insert an "MVP" in it like you've done with some of your other lines? I mean it's hard enough finding a good pair of pants these days to fit my ever changing "Dad Bod" as I fight the good fight against getting older...and bigger :(So to sum it up....The are great pants. The newest pair I have ordered (darker charcoal) are even better....with patented waisteband and Lee patch, and also new buttons (just noticed)! But, I also got a pair from the same line recently that are completely different. I will say that Lee's pictures on the website are accurate...so shop carefully. Try them out..you won't be sorry!

Bought these for my adult son who has a disability. It's super hard to find pants that fit his body. These are an inch too big but nobody sells pants in odd sizes so there you go. Love the extreme fit waistband! And the fabric is very soft. Great for sensory issues. He must like them because he keeps them on instead of always changing clothes to find something that feels comfortable. Please don't get rid of these pants!
I own several pairs of these in different colors. The low-profile pockets and the straight, relaxed fit make them a perfect pant for work and casual wear, without screaming "cargo pants" (you know that look). The stretch fabric and waistband are essential for dudes of a certain age who still need that range of motion.I wish they had more reenforcement in the crotch, as my pants are prone to wear through in that area, but I don't mind buying these again when they get holes. They've generally put in many productive hours by then.
Pros:* The Teak color looks great.* I love the pockets and they are a good take on cargo pants.Minuses:* One wash & dry, and it was like they shrunk in length by a size. So a 30" inseam was suddenly like a 28" inseam. The cuff is way above my ankle now.* The stretch in the waist is almost too much, absolutely must wear a belt with these.Last thought... I am not a really a fan of pants with stretch/flex material, however over the past ~10-12 years it has become almost impossible to find men's pants that do not have stretch/flex/comfort material. Please make modern cuts in non flex material. Thank you.
Excellent quality, fit & style, overall love them. Comfortable Stretch waistband, cargo pocket on each side yet not baggy, good looking straight leg fit. Only personal quibble is the depth of the side cargo pockets is slightly/about 1/2 inch too short to 100% ensure my 6.33 inch long Apple 14 Pro Max phone fully stays in the pocket if you have to lower the pants to the floor when using a restroom, have to be aware, no problem for any item 6 inches or less. This is reason for my 4 star rating, otherwise would have easily given a 5.
These pants have a zip pocket that's just right for a smartphone, unless it's ginormous. It easily held my old Pixel 3 and my new Pixel 7, each in a thin protective case, glass to my thigh. There is about half an inch remaining for a taller phone. I love these pants, even more than my old, discontinued LL Bean Pathfinders. I won't buy pants with a baggy (gusseted) cargo pockets, but I do need a slim second pocket on each leg.By far my favorite color is Quartz, a medium gray. I bought four pair from the rainforest three and a quarter years ago. Three are beginning to fail, after being used in rotation for most days; I put the fourth into service recently. Now I find quartz is no longer available.Initially, these pants felt a little clingy, but I have gotten used ... MoreThese pants have a zip pocket that's just right for a smartphone, unless it's ginormous. An example of a cotton pant is perhaps blue jeans. Cotton does not stretch and it has a particular feel to it. This fabric, from the waist, through the legs stretches and feels like a synthetic product. It is a comfortable pant to wear so I am pleased with that. However, I find it disturbing that a company of your size would so blatantly misrepresent your product.
I use the product about every day. I ride a motorcycle about everyday so the product is great for that. The one thing that could be improved on is the material. I have several pairs of non cargo pants that are made from a different material, that's what is was looking for.
