Good quality but not the best fit for my shape.

I bought this as a more sturdy Jean to do chores around the outside of my house. The quality definitely fits that bill. And also they're not stretchy, which I've found to be sturdier in pants so that also delivered as expected. The one negative is the fit.Every woman has a different shape so I'm not downgrading my review because they're really tight on my midsection (spare tire women, this is not the best pant for us!)But I did lower one star on the review because these are supposed to be a straight leg Jean but they fit so wide. The "relaxed fit" definitely is relaxed. There's a ton of leg room and therefore just feel huge around the ankles. Based on the photos, and other straight leg jeans I own, I wasn't expecting them to be that wide of a leg.

I love these jeans and routinely purchase them in every color available. I did note one con about irregular fit. The fit can vary from one pair to the next, but I've never had a pair that I couldn't wear. However, my big complaint is the lack of consistent availability. Why are they so hard to get? I've been trying to replace my current ones due to the need to get a smaller size for several months now and every time I try (in any color) they are always out of stock. The black and indigo ones were in stock briefly in early December. i managed to order 2 pair of the black, but when I tried to order the indigo, they were already out of stock again. I did try one pair of the Women's Stretch Relaxed Fit Straight Leg jeans, but I won't do that again. These don't even come close to being what I would call "relaxed fit". They were snug from the waist all the way down through my calves. It wasn't the size. I could tell that was correct. They just didn't fit like I expect a relaxed fit jean to fit.

I'll probably keep buying this

I spend a lot of time outdoors and practically live in my jeans. For many years, I was able to walk in a store and buy the same Lee style and size each time without ever trying them on. Quality isn't what it used to be. Now the styles and sizing are inconsistent with each purchase. Dept store no longer carries this style so I had to order online. Same style and size, but when it arrived, the waistband was about 3" smaller than the pair I had been wearing--I could barely get it on and zip it up. Even after wearing it an entire day, it is still uncomfortable. I wish Lee would go back to making jeans that didn't have polyester or spandex. Eventually most of the pairs I have stretch out in the waistband so much that I have to wear a belt which I find uncomfortable. ... MoreI spend a lot of time outdoors and practically live in my jeans. Inconsistent sizing

The review options for sizing only offer Very Tight, Tight, Perfect, Loose, Very Loose but no option is available to address "length". I own several pairs of Meridian (3051833) and ordered the same size for Black Onyx (3051884). The Black Onyx are more than 2.5" longer than the Meridian. Even though I stated that the pant leg lengths varied between item numbers of the same line, I was still charged a Return Fee. I relied on my previous experience with Lee instead of reading reviews where others have indicated size variations between the different item numbers/colors of the same product line. I see that Lee Representatives have responded to those reviews and think it's a shame that the product quality issues continue. Who knows, browsing in the retail store may offer possibilities of other brands that may be appealing also.

Instantly slims relaxed fit straight leg jeans

I love the looks, fit, comfort of these jeans. It’s almost impossible to get a good fit by ordering online. No wonder! The choices are endless. I finally decided on these and after reading reviews everywhere decided to go with 14long as opposed to my usual 12. Size 12 is sometimes a little snug on me but I do not have a pair of jeans size 14. 12 is also just a fuzz shorter than I like. So I got my 14s today and they are a good fit, snug but in no way tight. However, the description was wrong. The color is inspire blue not aspire blue. And the fabric is not 98% cotton and 2% spandex, but is 75% cotton, 24% polyester, and 1% spandex. I just want a pair that fits and don’t much care what they’re made of. No Size Cosistency

I don't understand how it is that I can buy the same Model / Item number jeans, and not a one of them fits correctly. I wear a size 26, but the last few times I've ordered, I ended up with one 26 that fits, and one that does not. Now, I have a size 30 that is too big, and a size 26 that fits but is just a little too tight- so logic says a size 28 which is between those two sizes should fit, however I can't even get them halfway onto my thighs, it makes no sense! Also the length is never the same. I've always worn 30" inseam, yet the last pants I ordered were supposedly 31" (which I could live with), yet I had to end up cutting off over 5" of material and hemming them up. This is absolutely ridiculous, buying jeans should not be this difficult, but it's obvious there is NO CONSISTENCY here. It's disappointing because I've bought Lee jeans for years- they used to be one of my favorite fitting jeans, and it's hard finding good jeans in the Plus sizes.

I am NOT Bob Kinney, who ordered the jeans for me for Christmas. I was looking for "at the waist" jeans, like I have ordered in the past. Evidently, there's no such thing anymore, b/c I could not find it. The closest I came was "high rise" which is NOT the same thing! I had three choices, two of which were "cropped" jeans/pants! The only choice was what I received. And, despite the fact that they are "high rise," they do NOT sit at the waist. I am constantly pulling the jeans up for sheer comfort! And the pockets!! There are practically NO front pockets; for all intents and purposes there's nothing there! They are only about 3" deep! Who makes a pocket that's only 3"?! Perfect fit! Just my size :)

These jeans fit me perfectly! Even though they are highwaisted, they still stretch enough to keep me comfortable while sitting. I'm overweight with long legs, and Walmart doesn't sell the long ones in my size at our local store. Online is the only way that I can buy them, but I'm happy! The only thing that bugs me is the price keeps going higher...I bought the Seattle color blue a couple of months ago and they cost $5 less than the black ones that I just bought.Smell: Some people mentioned an odor in their reviews. I didn't notice an odor with the Seattle blue ones, but the black ones that I just got DO smell like vinegar! I'm guessing the manufacturer prewashed them in vinegar to keep the color (dye) from fading. No big deal. I'm sure the scent will fade after ... MoreThese jeans fit me perfectly! Problems with Sizing
8 January 2023

I've been wearing Lee jeans forever and they have always had problems with their sizing. I usually buy Lee at the store but I wanted some 100% cotton so had to order online. I take a size 10 in all other brands but when I buy Lee I have to try on 10s 8s and 12s until I find one that fits. I can have three pair of Lees that are all exactly the same type and they will be three different sizes. So it really wasn't that big of a surprise when I ordered a size 10 and found them to be so tight that I couldn't sit in them. I sent them back, (their customer service is great) and ordered a 12. The 12s were HUGE but I decided that I wasn't going to keep buying and returning so just sent them to my sister.I really like Lee jeans but I wish they could figure out that they need ... MoreI've been wearing Lee jeans forever and they have always had problems with their sizing. excellent jeans, but order a size up

what's good: the wonderful feel of 100% cotton, so hard to find in plus size! Good quality fabric and construction.what's bad: WAY too high waisted.. supposedly mid-rise sits 1" below your waist. These are probably 2" above my waist. Also, I wish the waist was just a bit bigger in ratio to the hips, particularly since there's no stretch. However, all that said, it's worth the trade-off to have WONDERFUL 100% cotton, yay!IMPORTANT NOTE: ORDER A SIZE UP!SIZE: My normal size across most brands: 20 or 20W; my size in these: 22.LENGTH: I'm 5'4" and the medium 31" inseam was perfect for me with 1" heels.COLOR: contrary to the online pics, the Livia color is slightly darker than Aero.
