I bought a few years back and loved them and ran across these recently and ordered. I remembered they ran small in the waist/stomach area and long. So I normally wear an 18 and ordered a 22 because I remember Lee in general runs small as is... and I ordered petite. Got them and 22P fits like a normal 18 on me, but petite is still too long, about 1-1.5 inches, and really wide leg as my feet are small, so taking them to get altered as these fit so nice on top. It is worth the $12 alteration fee to tailor to my fit. I am 5'4". I think my inseam is normally a 32 and these were probably 34's for petite size, the way it fit.

I like the jeans material. It's nice. Unfortunately I didn't realize how loose the flex motion would be. I thought it would just give them a little stretch. They practically fall off of me. I washed them because I had worn them and I couldn't return them because of that. I get it but it's frustrating because I didn't realize just how loose they were going to be in. They literally were almost falling off that's how loose they were and they were my normal size to buy. Since I couldn't exchange them i ended up having to bring them to a tailor to gave them taken in.

I came across a pair of the FLEX jeans some time ago and loved them, so when I saw a sale online recently I jumped at the chance to stock up on two pair for work. These jeans pull up and fasten like a dream, and true to their description, there is no binding or pinching at the waist, which is wonderful!Unfortunately, I work at a school and am on my feet most of the day. I discovered that as the day goes on and I am moving about, I am pulling them up more and more frequently as they stretch, loosen and start to "bag" throughout the work day. This is very disappointing because I doubt that I can fit into a smaller size. A coworker and I were joking that it was unfortunate that no one has invented womens' suspenders, because that is precisely what I need to keep ... I haven't worn the black ones yet, and am crossing my fingers that they don't stretch out as much as the blue ones do.

I ordered a 2 medium in all 3 & will be able to wear them all since there is a good amount of stretch. I'm 5' 4", 135 lb, with a muscular build & big bones. I wanted to be able to wear these with heels, so I opted for the medium length & they're perfect. I am going to order in short length to wear with flats, too.The indigo rinse is definitely the smallest of all 3 pairs. The inseam is shorter. The rise is shorter, too. The carbon rinse is the largest with the highest rise (the zipper is longer) & longest inseam. The black rinse is in between both. Perfect for work in a business casual setting. Definitely recommend!
These are relaxed fit jeans, not straight leg. The thighs are cut large and are baggy. The jeans were rumpled from my hip bone to my thigh. I wanted a smooth, sleek silhouette and ended up looking like a frump. I'm so disappointed with these jeans and will return them. Also, I ordered another style but it was cancelled with no explanation. A day later, that product was still available to order on the website so it wasn't an issue with inventory. Again, very disappointed. Bad experience all the way around.
I purchased 2 pairs of these slacks for work. 1 pair is perfect! It fits well along the leg, a little loose at the waist and the length is good. I ordered regular length and I am 5'8". However, the stitching on the second pair pulled out within the first hour around the zipper causing an unsightly tent out at the zipper. The stitching around the zipper was not tied off and just pulled out. This is very disappointing. I will sew it myself and will probably buy more because of the fit and quality of the fabric, but I am disappointed in the lack of quality control on the stitching.
I already have a couple pairs of a different style of these pants. In those I went up a size from my jean size due to them being snug. I always buy the M (regular length) due to petite being too short typically because I'm short 5'4" yet average height for a female. Ordered the gray in a 12M and they fit me perfectly except I would have to be 6 feet tall for the length to be right. I'd hate to see how long the "tall/long" size is if these are 6 to 8 inches longer than all my other pants I buy in this size. Unfortunately they're being returned since i cannot wear them. I will try a petite pair and hope they don't go too far the other direction.
Ordering these pants can be complicated because despite the fact that they are shown as the same style, each color has an additional detail that differentiates them, such as their fabric, cut, and fit. Plus, the size chart may not match the reality of the sizes. For reference only... My height is 5'5", and my weight is approximately 215 lbs. I have a 41-inch waist and 49-inch hips. From experience, the sizes that best match my body type are: 16W or 18M.Now, these pants or trousers are best identified as Lee Flex-Motion, Regular Fit-Midrise, color/Carbon Rinse, 16 Medium, Barcode %231 91057 67754 0.As can be seen in the pic, the fit was tighter than what I prefer for this type of pants, and the length was not to my liking either. In terms of construction. they are ... Now, this same style is selling for $41.90 online. Sorry Walmart.com, but at that price, I can't recommend this product. The fact that they are Flex-Motion did not help me at all, plus I am reluctant to order a larger size... Unfortunately, I will have to return them, because they didn't suit me.
I love the black and khaki versions of these slacks. They fit me perfect and have just the right amount of stretch in the fabric. I am 5'10 and the long size fits my leg length perfectly. The other colors are not the same fabric and have less stretch than the black and khaki colors. They need to be cut a bit larger and a bit longer from the waist to crotch to account for less stretch. The Ash Heather are very pretty and I do wear them but the fabric is very thin and has little stretch. I like them but they do not fit me as well as the black and khaki. The manufacturer needs to account for the stretch in the fabric when sizing them. Consistency is very important. When I order the same slacks in 6 different colors, they should all fit exactly the same.
Purchased two pair of Lee jeans, same size, different styles. One fit perfectly. This style was far too small and a shorter length than stated. Returned for the next size up, which simply did not fit well or comfortably. Returned but had to pay a restocking fee. So it has essentially cost me money to try on two pair of jeans because sizing is not consistent across styles. Will be extremely reluctant to purchase any further styles online.Other issues: the polyester blend fabric is terrible. It is not comfortable against the skin, doesn't wash or wear well, puckering in stress points, and is too hot in warmer weather. Please make more styles in cotton denim with just a bit of stretch!
