I was looking to purchase the creator Taj Mahal set many years ago and I decided not to purchase it due to the size and to find space. Now the Taj Mahal under the architecture set is a complex and in a smaller size (still more than 2,000 pieces) making a great set to purchase and also it has good value for the price compared to the number of pieces

I bought this as a Valentine gift for my husband, which was well received. It took him a week to build it, as he had to fit it in to his spare time. Once assembled it looks striking, although, a tad expensive considering you have to build it yourself. I will recommend.

Anyone who has been to the Taj Mahal knows how beautiful and special it is as a place. This Lego set really does it justice. It is a fiddly build but not drastically tricky. I love the Architecture sets and this is my favourite.
Beautifully detailed model of the Taj Mahal. Takes time and patience to put together but is the perfect activity for cold winter my weekends. Make sure you get the floor tiles straight so it all fits together properly.
I have always dreamed of visiting the Taj Mahal. Such a beautiful and special building, unlike any other that I’m aware of. I was so excited to receive this kit. It arrived in a Lego box, made of cardboard, with a clear picture of what can be expected within. There’s plenty of repetition in this build, to ensure the symmetry of this beautiful building is accurate. It can be quite challenging, I needed to take lots of breaks which added to the build time. The details in each piece really are incredible. I would love to see more buildings in the architecture range. I’d love to collect them all. I’d fully recommend this item to anyone who loves Lego, travel and appreciates architecture!
A superb Lego Architecture set. The level of detail and the intricacy of the design make this a totally absorbing model to construct. The original designers have created a real winner with this set. The model has three distinct layers which can be removed after completion. The central roof section can be removed to reveal the internal mausoleum which can also be removed to show the tomb in the central nave of the structure. I'm absolutely delighted with this particular set and consider it superb value for money in view of the pleasure it gave me in building the structure.
We have been hunting this set for weeks when I saw it available in the store. We rushed down to purchase it just in time for Christmas but the set was sold out. The staff at Myer Werribee were extremely helpful and the set was delivered in time for Christmas.
I haven't built the set yet, so this review is purely on Myer. Purchasing was easy and the price was right. Item was delivered without any box damage. Bonus set came in separate shipment. The issue I always have with Myer is you don't know how long dispatch will take and from where and thus you don't know how long it will take to arrive. Otherwise, all good.
The most wonderful lego set! I ordered on line and Myers price for this set was excellent. It was delivered promptly and the set arrived to me in perfect shape. It was very well packaged. This set is great as it is challenging enough to keep you busy for a while!
