LEGO 21145 Minecraft The Skull Arena

My kids are obsessed with Minecraft and I have not doubt they are going to love this set (along with the many others purchased for Christmas)! I appreciate the different characters in this set as we have our fair share of Alex's and Steve's. Lego does not disappoint, and Target is spot on with pricing/sales. One stop Christmas shopping for us!

LEGOs are always a hit with children, the Mincraft Skull Arena was a tremendous hit for myself and nearly 6yo great grandson. I helped sort pieces and was official page turner and “gofer” for the little guy who talked and laughed for well over an hour of quality fun time for two people over 70 years apart. He taught me a lot during that time and I enjoyed the project immensely. No shortage or mis-made parts; the Skull Arena went together as designed. A week later while visiting him st his home I had a warm feeling all over again upon seeing he had it displayed in his room in a spot on his dresser. What a fun kit.

2 player mini game!

Bought this for my son's 7th birthday, alomg eith 2 other sets, as he is a major minecraft and Lego fan!This set is perfect for 2 people to play with. His imagination came to life fighting for the treasure chest!Pretty easy to build, instructions are simple to follow.

An awesome introduction into the Minecraft line!

I'm a huge Minecraft fan, but I had never gotten any of the sets Lego made. Man do I regret that! Once I saw this set was based off PvP I immediately knew I needed it.Both of the minifigures are amazing and it's awesome they didn't just go with a Steve and Alex. The black and green minifig looks a bit like a cyborg, and is my favorite in the set. The blue and orange figure has good detail, but doesn't look as cool as the other one, but I still like it! The weapons for them are also great with awesome molds to fit Minecraft, I think it's a missed opportunity that they didn't include some armor for the figures. I also appreciate how the figures are not named, they're just called "Player" to show that they are player made or chosen skins in the game. Also the killer bunny is as cuteand makes a fun little final boss type guy to get to the chest.The build is excellent! I love how it's based on Monty Python and The Holy Grail (I'd love some sets on that film btw Lego). Each player gets a starting area, and the goal seems to be get to the golden apple as well as the chest. The set also has great playability. There's a little missile thing that can shoot at the figures, and you can remove the entire skull part of the arena to give your figures more room to duke it out.Overall I really appreciate a PvP based set for Lego Minecraft. PvP is such a fun mode and I love that you did this Lego! The figures just add to the fun, and I could see so many kids loving this if they love playing Minecraft PvP modes.

Fun set, lots of basic bricks!

I really like this Minecraft set in particular for the value and number of basic bricks it contains. It includes 4 basic 2x2 bricks in pearl gold! I bought myself 3 of these Lego sets for the gold pieces. Lots of potential added to my custom Lego creations.

Great for any Minecraft fan

My 8 year old son loves this set! He was very excited to receive it. I think it's pretty cool looking, I typically don't like Minecraft Legos, but my son loves them. This was a great addition to his collection. He and his sister enjoy playing with this set.

NEW MINIFIGURES!!!! And a Cool Build.

First off, I'm so extremely pleased to see new skinned characters in the LEGO Minecraft theme, this is something I hope they continue to do in the future. The skins look great, and the weapons are fitting. The skull arena looks really cool, it has a shooting feature that works ok, and a little terrain for each figure. It's a very easy build, and worth the price in my opinion. It's a great little set!

Got this as a present for my nephew and put it together for him. It was used, but only missing one piece, and it was one that didn't really matter in the grand scheme of the design and playability of the set. Great addition to their collection and they love it.

The best Lego Minecraft set!

This set Is awsome! It comes with new skins,It comes with a awsome build,It's price is not bad at all,But best of all it comes with my favorite Minecraft character,TheKillerBunny!

This is the kind of Minecraft sets I want.

Lego has been reissuing the same minifigures quite often in mincreaft sets, so it is quite refreshing to get a set with all new figures.The evil buny is a reference to Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail. This is as close as we will likely get to getting a set featuring those characters.I love the new skins as they add a nice variety to displays and the collection. I wish they had back printing though. I cant imagine this would have been too challenging given the flat surfaces.The Holy Hand grenade... I mean golden apple is a great feature and a fairly new part.For younger kids this set seems great as well as it give a concise play experience in a small set.
