Have been waiting for C3PO to come to market to go with my R2D2 & Chewbacca pieces. Size wise is good, build was very easy but didn't seem a great deal to it. My main gripe was that surely more shiny gold pieces should have been used to give the desired effect of C3PO. I think doing him in the shiny pieces would make this model stand out so much and be way more realistic to the original. There's a semblance of what I'd say are the correct pieces in the set so why aren't they all in there.

Itās about time. Iāve been putting this in my set surveys for over a year now and finally one comes out. Only disappointed in not getting a heads up or marketed the product. Makes me wonder if my surveys are even being looked at. See lots of influencers get product for review ahead of everyone else. Kinda deflating. Would love to be a tester but this probably wonāt get read either.Thanks anyways.

I really enjoyed this build and was very excited to display him with my current R2-D2. As an avid Lego and Star War enthusiast I replaced my aging R2 Lego model with the more current release a few years back.Lo and behold even though both this C-3PO and the current R2-D2 model are part of Legoās ā50th anniversaryā series for Star Wars they are not to scale.I know it calls it out in the description but it is just disappointing overall. Again the build for C-3PO was fun but ended in disappointment when I went to setup my display only realizing it required the older R2-D2 Lego set.

This was so much fun to build with my five year old! He mainly watched haha but he loves Star Wars and loved watching C-3PO come to life. Great addition to his game room for years to come! Over 12 inches tall. Amazing gift for any Star Wars lover! It came with a life size magazine for the building steps. It has 11 bags. I did two bags a day. Stunning detail and the mini C-3PO is so cute! Definitely recommend
I loved the Chewbacca build and thought the 2024 R2-D2 build was amazing. I feel the same about this C-3PO build. Itās the same scale as Chewie and R2 and they look amazing together. I think the build is accurate and looks great. My only question is the eyes. They seem a little too big but it doesnāt change my opinion. This is a an amazing set and well worth the money.
I love this C-3PO Lego set! Hands down! Iām still working on it so let me say this is hours of enjoyment putting it together and once Iām done, Iāll give it a special place on my shelf! Itās going to look amazing! The Lego bricks are of course high quality! The instructions are on point! Iād definitely recommend it to anyone who loves C-3PO
Got C-3PO as a present and bought R2-D2, because they belong together. Was also thinking of lightening my StarWars collection but did not know how and when. Until I discovered Game of Bricks and saw what possibilities you guys have. Now the two droids are lightened up and they look great!! Chewie is a bit in the Dark, bt when that set is available, he also will be in the light. But first... I still have to set up the lights for the Millenium Falcon set 75257 and I did some additions...
Such a fun build. Watching C3PO come to life with each part made me giggle like a child. Attention to detail is spot on too, especially with the hands and helmet. Highly recommend this set for collectors or enthusiasts!This set pairs really well with the smaller R2 unit. š
Have been waiting years for Lego to produce a decent model of C3-P0 - possibly my favourite Star Wars character - after R2-D2 of course ! Enjoyed the build and no problems with it but very disappointed with some of the colour matching - mainly the 'gold' parts. This is particularly evident on the head where they look like 2 different colours. I'm guessing parts have been produced in different factories - but not much sign of quality control. I've seen this before with other Lego models (particularly where 'new' colours are being used but this is one of the worst examples and it has spoilt what should have been one of my favourite builds
The product is great, but the packaging was terrible! This was purchased as a giftā¦ the box was 3 times larger than the item, no padding at all and the tape was not even secure on the boxā¦. The Lego box arrived dented in 2 placesā¦not the way you want your Lego box , especially as a gift!!!! I order often and have not had this problem before. My paper towels and bathroom tissue come with better packaging than this 150.00 Lego setā¦. someone really dropped the ball on this one!
