After working on more complex builds, I found myself longing for the fun (versus challenge) of building Legos. I missed the cute minifigs and whimsy of many builds. I took a chance on the Ferris Wheel and was not disappointed. The build was interesting and included a simple mechanism to put the ride in motion. The little ride cars even opened on the side for the minifigs to ride. There were fun details with the ticket booth, balloon cart and even steps to the ride. The value was good, given the 3 in 1 set. I completed it in one relaxed sitting. If you are looking for an interesting and fun build, try this one.

And he loved it! This was an amazing 3 in 1 Creator set. I was expecting something much smaller. My son’s eyes lit up when he opened the package. We decided to build the Ferris Wheel first at it was amazing in its detail. My son did all the building and I just passed him the Lego pieces. He had so much fun creating this. The only problem is (& it’s a good problem to have) that he does not want to destroy the Ferris wheel to make the other 2 themes because he loves playing with the Ferris wheel. He loves all aspects of it including the ticket box, the balloon artist and his cart and the people holding the balloons. He loves playing with this set.

What great colours in it. The alternative faces on the figures are fun to change and it is great to see 5 figures. My son says the guy in the top Hat is pretty cool.There is some intricate build around the wheel, but it's strong and sturdy.There's some repeating building steps, but it's uncomplicated fun, great to watch my son forming the circle and seeing excitement building. My son was super excited to turn the crank handle and show me the finished moving wheel.The wheel is small enough for him to be behind it and look over the front while turning it. One thing I was unsure of was the rubber band used in the crank, because rubber bands perish over time and Lego is known to last for years unless it's stepped on or chewed by a pet. This lego set is extremely colourful and was a bit challenging for my son to build. This was surprising as he has built over 50 lego sets in the past without an issue, however dad had to help towards the end to help get the moving parts working properly and to help insert the final pins to hold the wheel in place, these were even hard for me. The fact that it actually moves was an exciting surprise. My son had a great time building this lego set, he couldn’t wait to open it once it arrived and completed the whole set in one sitting (approx 3 hours). He loves the finished product and it has been placed it on display, however he said it isn’t something he would have chosen for himself as he feels the design is more suited to younger children.

This set is fantastic, the ferris wheel being its main attraction, with working crank parts which was great surprise to have the wheel completely turn. The instructions as always from the lego brand are easy to follow and clear all the way. Building this was exciting at each step seeing it come to life. Lego people fit too! And can take them on a wheel experience! If you want to expand your builds then this set also changes into a couple other attractions but as well enjoy the wheel so much we did not swap it up. I was really excited to begin building this lego set with my son as it's always a fun activity for us to do together. The great thing about this set is that it's a 3 in 1 so you can build a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, or a swinging boat ride. My son loves that we can deconstruct and rebuild different scenes. The best part is everything is functional so you can use the handle to make it move. The cars are also suspended as well as have spots for your lego people to sit in as well. This set can be a bit tedious when building the wheel parts as there's lots of thinner pieces. Overall, it took us about 3 hours total to get everything together.
