My son likes the kitty so much that we are considering buying another set so he can have all the animals built at once. He usually builds and rebuilds, but there is something about the "pets" that become real enough he doesn't want to take them apart:) Wish Lego had more pets. They could do breeds of dogs and cats for a fabulous collectable line!

Like all LEGO Creator products, this one was a huge hit with my sons, who love LEGO and animals. All four animal designs are easy to build. The only downside is that you can't have all four animals at the same time, but that's not really all that bad.
My kid Ammar loves this lego so much. He also invites his friends to play with him every time they visit. So, he never gets tired assemble and torn apart over and over!!!
This was the 6 year old's first foray into Lego, and it was a huge success. Directions are easy to follow with or without adult help. The versatility of this set is a big plus, but the final products don't work well for play. The leg or ear will fall off if it's fiddled with too much. The kid liked that the animals could be posed in so many ways--can move all limbs, tail, ears, mouth, whiskers and even eyebrows--and has done all three builds. I wish the box was re-sealable for storage but overall this is a great starter set or addition to an existing Lego collection!
I love this Lego set. It is fun to play with. They all look so cute. I really love the cat and the mouse with cheese. The cat eyes show emotion such as curious and surprise!! Great product!
Excellent!! So pleased with this set, you can make 3 different animals with the instructions. Really fun Lego set. Staff were very helpful and friendly too! :-)
My 12 1/2 year old daughter asked for this for Christmas. I thought it would be too small and too young for her, but she likes it. She really likes cats and enjoys that it's posable--you can change the position of the cat. You can make a cat and a mouse at the same time and then later re-build it to make a dog and a bunny at the same time. She hasn't done that yet. Some Legos are designed to build one thing and that's it. Others you build one thing and play with the characters/building/etc. This one at least allows you to build two things. It isn't a big Lego set but fun for the price if you want something smaller and cheaper.
What can be said to boast about Legos? According to my son they are the greatest thing besides video games. The only time we ever here a complaint is when it's time to clean up and go to bed. Besides the occasional Lego that gets embedded in your foot. We love them because he loves them.
