The ThinkCenter Tiny is an excellent business workhorse. We deploy these as our main desktop across our entire organization, both for in-house staff and our remote employees. They do not require a lot of space, can be mounted to the desk or a monitor, and still provide plenty of power to run all of our line of business applications. We have multiple users who manage large, complex spreadsheets and keep dozens of browser tabs open, and these PCs don't skip a beat. We also recently deployed softphones across the organization, and the audio quality is superb.

(I should have started there!) I have been using lenovo as my desktops since the end of the IBM days. I still enjoy the capability to put together a computer with an extra disc drive, USB ports, memory etc.

We have a specialized consumer kiosk that was still running Windows 10 but couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11. The previous PC was a similar Tiny, so this was the obvious first choice. Very pleased to find it was a direct fit to the existing mounting bracket and was offered at a price that met our budget. Setup was easy and now we are secure when Windows 10 goes End of Life in 2025.

Using as desktop for productivity, media, etc... I basically love this PC as it's very fast. I did upgrade to 16GB memory set and also added a Gen4 1TB NVME drive. I do wish this unit included 2 NVME drive slots, but that can be overcome. Only issue I've encountered so far is with video performance..first the monitor will not wake from sleep without turning monitor off/on, it may be because my monitor is quite old, a Dell 3818DW, but it has worked fine with other PC's. Also for whatever reason on occasion it wakes up in very low resolution which cannot be adjusted in display properties as only 800x600 is listed there. Reboot PC and all is fine. This is an awesome machine if I could iron out these 2 annoying problems.
These are great mini desktops to use for a conference room or a media PC. My company has been buying this model and other similar models for use in our Zoom Rooms at the office. They are powerful enough to run Zoom Rooms without any hiccups. We have hooked higher end cameras to them, projectors, speakers, etc without any issue. Having built in Wifi is really nice, and there are several different video connection options (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc) so they are a perfect fit. The fact that there is a wall mount for these is also great since we like to hide them behind the TV.I wish they were USBC powered instead of the old Lenovo square plug that has been around for ages that they use with their docking stations (another thing they need to change). All of our other laptops use the USB-C power adapter so it would be nice to use the same one for spares and things like that.I also think these are juuust a little overpriced for what they are, but other than those couple small things, we have really liked these.
I have a Tiny in One set up, where you can replace an old Tiny PC with another - a work around if you want an all-in-one PC, but can be upgraded when necessary. My Tiny M910Q had no WiFi and will not be upgradeable to Windows 11, so I decided to replace it with a more up to date Tiny with more memory. This was a refurbished PC, but nearly new so I am not sure why it was refurbished. I did have a few problems setting it up. The Windows 10 installation was a pain as there were no drivers for the Ethernet card, and I had to resort to using an Anker USB Ethernet Lan Adapter to connect to the internet. Once this was done, Windows 10 could install and update the drivers. I must admit that until I dug out my USN Lan Adapter, I was considering returning the PC as it was ... Once this was done, Windows 10 could install and update the drivers. I must admit that until I dug out my USN Lan Adapter, I was considering returning the PC as it was proving so difficult to set up - so hence the 4 stars. The next challenge was to install a Wifi Card which was fiddly, but so worth while. So now I have a PC which will run windows 11, and with built in WiFi - much better than using a USB dongle, all for a very good price.
I have purchased the M70q for its small size. It is the size of book of 300-ish pages.POSITIVES:- The build is robust with regular thickness steel on the sides.- There are so many ports! You are not sacrificing connectivity with this PC.- upgrade-ability is excellent with full access by removal of a single screw.- unless it is used for heavy computation it is practically silent.- the system is Win 11 compatible.NEGATIVES.- If you buy it with regular hard drive, you should upgrade it right away to SSD. The regular HDD is slow to a painful point.- While the small size is appreciated I would trade a slightly larger case for integrated power adapter. The PC uses a laptop power source, which makes you keep track of one more item.
Everything I hoped for! Looking forward to the long term reliability I expect from Lenovo hardware.Fedora Linux easily installed (never booted windows) & works as expected. Now my primary computer for home, research, entertainment… Excellent technical documentation. Easy to access components for upgrading memory and storage. Space for two SSDs (M.20 & 3.5”) appreciated.Note: I do _not_ expect Fedora Linux support from Lenovo.
I bought this computer 4 days ago. Sound and Video out put is poor. You need a magnifying glass to read the instructions on the booklet. First I connected the sound card adaptor to the ear phone jack. The quality of sound is very poor. When I connected the sound card adaptor to the C out put, the sound is better.I should have returned the device. However, I have installed all my important programs and backup files. The computer works fine. The only problem is the sound quality and video playback.
I own a photo booth business and use these Tiny computers exclusively in all my photo booths. I needed something that was fast and powerful enough and would fit into my photo booths. These computers have continued without fail to operate my booths for many years, as I use them along with my photo booth software to take thousands and thousands of pictures at multiple parties, weddings and events. If you are lacking space, needing a powerful Windows based computer and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend these Tiny computers from Lenovo.
