I recently purchased the ThinkPad L13 Gen 3 and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The laptop has a sleek and slim design that makes it very portable, yet it still manages to pack a powerful punch with its 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor. The laptop also has a great battery life, which allows me to work for hours on end without needing to recharge. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the touchpad is smooth and responsive. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the ThinkPad L13 Gen 3 to anyone in need of a new laptop.

Very lightweight (thanks to SSD instead of HDD), the sliding camera shutter is very handy. Face recognition takes some time to work, but generally logs me in. Not bloated with too many impractical software, but I did have a hard time installing my old programs that worked on Win10 but not the new Win11. I made a mistake of installing the optional BIOS 1.16 update <- DO NOT INSTALL! It will completely freeze!! Got around to revert it back to 1.14 in order to get back into the OS. Scariest 5 hours spent on updates. Other than that little hick up, the screen is a little small for my taste but usable. I would recommend this to university students and maybe business users on the go for a few short days. If you're a heavy user, I'd recommend going for a bigger screen size.

I was loyal to another brand for many years, but they stopped making laptops and so I had to switch for this purchase. I was not looking forward to changing brands, but I have been very impressed with this computer so far. It definitely lives up to the recommendations I received from others, including people who work in IT. It's been an excellent computer for work and personal use, light and easy to transport, with solid battery life. The only mechanical drawback I've encountered, aside from the keyboard being just a little more compact than I would like, is that the PrtSc key is right next to the Ctrl key, which is inconvenient if you need to copy/paste a lot. It's much to easy to accidentally override your clipboard with a screenshot because the keys are so close ... The ThinkPad L13 is a great form factor notebook, has overall outstanding performance so far and is a sturdy built. The keyboard is exactly what I expected from a Lenovo - crisp and accurate and the back lit is great for those dark evenings and plane rides. The display is good and allows for adjustments that don't tire the eyes even in dark rooms. I haven't had the chance to work in the sun outside but I assume it will be like all other notebooks. The connectivity with my Wi-Fi 6 router is stable and fast. I like that charging can be done on both sides so you never have to have wires crossing the table or wherever you work. Camera and microphone are very good for conference calls according to the other participants. The battery life is not as good as that of a MS ... Overall the computer is sufficient for work and personal use. However, the WiFi randomly disconnects and will not turn back on after going into sleep mode. When this happens, you have to restart computer. Other times I have had difficulty connecting to hot spots or certain networks.
Love the Lenove ThinkPad L13 Gen 3. This is my second ThinkPad and I also have 2 Lenovo Tablets. Excellent performance from all my Lenovo products. Super easy to set up and get started. I'm almost 70 and didn't grow up with computers. Highly recommend.
I got this ThinkPad because I wanted a smaller laptop that holds a lot of storage and has great battery. It definitely has all those as perks. However sometimes it just won’t turn on. Half the times I use it I spend about 30 minutes troubleshooting now to turn it on. Another issue is it will just decide to disconnect from wifi and won’t give me to option to join network. Extremely inconvenient and had I known these things I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it.
Terrible. Truly awful experience. Software that I ordered was not bound to the device but instead of simply providing me with a license, Lenovo insisted that I was activating it incorrectly. It eventually took Microsoft telling Lenovo that NO, in fact the software was not bound. Rather than simply providing the software, Lenovo required me to return the product for a replacement. At this point I'd been back and forth with Lenovo and Microsoft for several days and decided to buy a computer elsewhere. I initiated the return process, but after nearly a week still had not received any communication or shipping information. I called again and was advised that a shipping label was being created. This has STILL not happened, yet, unsurprisingly, Lenovo took my money. ... MoreTerrible. Truly awful experience. The laptop functions fabulously. Packaging and delivery was great. Price was great. My biggest disappointment is that there is no lighting under/behing the keys (none)and the colors of the letters is so close to the grey of the keys that with my sight issues typing is very problematic. Very disappointed.
Have been using it for a couple of months now - very happy with the performance. Battery life also seems to be much better than my earlier Thinkpads. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 since the touchscreen, for which I paid about $200 extra, does not seem to work with any stylus. Also the delivery time was more than a month, but that was a minor issue for me.
