Pros: Very good performance at a good price. Enjoying the performance and rediscovering Windows after being on the Mac for a decade or more.Cons: Finding it difficult to use the touch pad mouse because I'm used to Macbooks. Would help to have built in totorial for converts. Too early to tell how good battry life etc is.

I have a pretty basic office job that doesn't have terribly demanding PC requirements. That said I'm often juggling a lot of tasks and being handed new things which can sometimes stress my old system. This device hasn't struggled yet. After a year of coping with my last machine this is a substantial improvement. Having gone with 16gb RAM, 10th Gen i& and the SSD I am no longer limited by my PC. Great to have one less worry.

I have been very impressed with this computer so far. It definitely lives up to the recommendations I received from others, including people who work in IT. It's been an excellent computer for work and personal use, light and easy to transport, with solid battery life.

I REALLY like and enjoy using my new Lenovo T14s laptop.Initially I did have some serious concerns about buying a Lenovo laptop that was so new (Gen. I), just after major hardware changes were made. Although Lenovo is a true 'rock-solid’ manufacture with very good products, I typically wait until the Gen II of the product is available for sale. I've found historically the end-user has less issues with the hardware and the associated driver issues in Windows 10.This time, I had no choice, I had to purchase a new laptop, my last laptop died completely. I've ALWAYS purchased the T4XXs variants from Lenovo for our company. Nonetheless I was very surprised with this new generation of Lenovo T14s series of laptops. Everything has worked perfectly on it. The biggest concern I had was having everything work off of the USB-C port as well as it was reported. Previous to this, we docked our T-series laptops in the Ultra Docks which utilize Lenovo's proprietary bus connection on the bottom of the laptop. This bus connector has been eliminated on the T14s entirely and everything is dependent on the USB-C port - including the charging of the laptop's batteries. This was my biggest concern because all of our employees use every single USB port on their docks (at least six at one time, maybe more) on the back of our docks and every employee works with a *minimum* of two 22" LCDs or larger on their desk off of the dock. So that's a lot of work for that USB-C connection to support, but it’s doing it and doing it VERY WELL!I'm in credibly happy with the T14s laptop from Lenovo - they have done it again! There is *NO* other laptop surpasses Lenovo. (Period, full stop). I've only had this T14s for approximately two months, but I love everything about it - including the light-up keyboard. It’s got everything I could possibly want and new features always coming out with the introduction of updated firmware and software upgrades from within the Lenovo Commercial Vantage application!
We have always bought Dell laptops for the longest time but for the past 10 years the experience with Dell computers got worse and worse. They were getting slower after a year of use and we even had ones that would not start any more. In any case, my daughter bought a Lenovo and she loves it. Then my wife bought a Lenovo and she loves it so much that she purchased one for me as well. It is fast and does not have the issues we had with the Dell laptops. So far the computer does everything I want it to do. It is mostly for personal use for me but my wife and daughter use theirs for work as well and they are very satisfied.
this laptop was plugged in while my partner was using it and then it started to smoke and flames could be seen coming out of the gap between the body and the hinge of the left side. I caught it in time and unplugged the power cord and the flames subsided. There are no visible burn marks on the exterior but I'm sure the interior is a different story.DO NOT BUY THIS FIRE HAZARD.We are lucky we were awake when this happened or there would have been damage to my house by the time the smoke alarm woke us up.
Pros: Early days, but very fast. I've had added some further RAM as will be using it for CAD when away fro the office. Lots of connectivity, lovely screen and easy to use and responsive mouse. Battery life appears excellent.Cons: I havent found any yet, other than another USB C would be useful.
Love the Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Gen 3. This is my second ThinkPad and I also have 2 Lenovo Tablets. Excellent performance from all my Lenovo products. Super easy to set up and get started.
The laptop setup and operates fine. It loses stars because the over all feel and look of the unit is cheap and plasticky compared to my old ThinkPad or my other laptop a Toshiba, or even the Dell's I use at work. If you lightly push to the side of touch pad or grab the case by each side, the case flexes way to easily which doesn't correlate to the engineered durability or Mil-Spec testing Lenovo claims in it's marketing for this unit. Hopefully the rest of the internal components make up for the cases lack of perceived quality. For the money spent I'm disappointed. Bottom line is it looks and feels cheap, but I'll give it a pass and keep it in hopes that in the end it's as reliable as my previous ThinkPad which was rock solid, but Lenovo needs to up their game and ... MoreThe laptop setup and operates fine. This isn't my first time buying the Lenovo L15 Gen 4. I've bought a few for my office staff before, and they're all working really well. I'm a big fan of Lenovo L15 Gen 4 because they always deliver on their promise of being the best in quality and lightweight.
