I purchased this tablet for our office, we needed it to operate some payments on site.I chose it because of the positive reviews and I can't believe how it is bad.It is so slow ! It takes 3 to 5 seconds to act for each thing I click and it's new. I wondered if there was maybe an update needed, but no.Charging it is also very slow.I totally regret this purchase, it's a p.i.t.a for everyone here.I will definitely buy an iPad without hesitation now.

Good option

I needed an android tablet for use when apple is very restrictive with certain apps etc. Got this in the sale, bargain. It does what it is meant to. Battery life isn't that great but that is just like any other electronic devices these days. Graphics seems to be ok. Really basic use. The sound (speakers) is very tinny compared to apple when you don't use ear / head phones. Like VERY BAD sound quality as though i am sitting in car with engine running and the tinny sound comes through. But it is fine when played through audio aids.I would only recommend if this is used for basic usage, for example streaming programs. otherwise, no, spend a bit more money for a better quality one.

Good performance from a budget tablet.

I've been putting off upgrading to a newer tablet for a while. I had an Android 7 tablet from Insignia. But, I was starting to see a lot more apps that weren't compatible with it. I also do playtesting and reviews for apps and games, and I was having a harder and harder time finding tests that were compatible with my old tablet.After doing a lot of searching and research online, I decided to get this Lenovo Tab M10. It also loads apps much faster. I've noticed that when I look up apps on Play Store that fewer of them say that they are not optimized for my device than when I was running Android 7.Part of this boost in performance is due to a much better processor, but also to an optional feature in Android 9 that prevents background apps from interfering with the app that you are actually intending to run. I am very glad of this because the messages popping up saying that this or that app tried to start while I'm trying to use another app was really driving me nuts with my old tablet. I improved upon this feature by also installing an app called Razer Cortex that further frees up resources for the app you intend to run. It seems to be compatible with the built-in feature.I like that this tablet has a metal case built in. It makes it slightly heavier than my old tablet, but it feels more sturdy. I also like the surface of the screen. When I cleaned it with eyeglass cleaner (which I highly recommend for screens), the cleaner beaded up very nicely and ran off. I've been using a stylus (not included) to try to minimize fingerprints on this tablet and the stylus works very well with it.I also like that this tablet has something similar to stereo sound with speakers on the edges of the long sides of it. This is vastly superior to having the speaker on the back, especially when I put the tablet in a folding case/stand. It is the case that I had used for the old tablet and it had always kinda muffled the sound of it. The case can't do that to this tablet with the speakers where they are. When I plug in earbuds into the jack that I'm very glad to see (I've read about some tablets that no long have a jack and require you to get wireless headphones), the sound is even better. I'm using some fairly high quality earbuds which may help, but they are the same ones that I was using on my old tablet, so I can say that the good sound is partly due to the new tablet. It sounds better than the old one.Is it the best tablet on the planet? Probably not, but it is very good for the price.

Great tablet

Thoroughly pleased with this tablet. Bought it for myself as a Christmas present as my older Samsung tablet is starting to crash way too often.Haven't used it that much yet. Easy setup, great picture quality, nice storage capacity. One thing that surprised me was the inclusion of Dolby Atmos. It makes a significant difference even just using the tablet speakers. I'll have a Bluetooth speaker system in a couple of days and I hope the Dolby comes across in a big way.If you're looking for a tablet strictly for entertainment, I don't think you can go wrong with this Lenovo model.

High Quality for Affordable Price

I replaced a Lenovo Yoga 8" with this 10" Lenovo and I'm very happy. I use it for my contract work and the larger screen is a blessing. Now I can view my documents without having to scroll. The screen is sharp, bright colors and just so easy to use. The camera is great. I have to take photos of SKU #'s, which are always too small, but this tablet's camera makes reading the numbers a breeze. The battery life is great, I can do a 5 hr job and still have about 25% remaining. I purchased for less than $135 and wasn't expecting to have the high quality but it is awesome. I'd recommend this tablet if you're looking for high quality for a very reasonable price.

I should have returned it

This tablet is a huge letdown. I had been looking online at this tablet for a few months before I purchased it. I originally wanted the 64gb one, but it was hard to find it at most store in my area, so I ended up getting the 32gb from best buy for a sale price of $149 +tax and putting a SD card in the expandable slot. The performance is not good in my honest opinion. The sound is not the best. The wifi(WLAN) does not read or scan good, took a few times before our home wifi name showed in the wifi available list, Bluetooth has the same issue. The tablet can take awhile charging even when connected to a fast charger. Laggy and slow - returned it.

The device was very slow and laggy out of the box. It made me download multiple software updates, which I did, thinking that was causing the lag. Unfortunately that didn't help. I returned it for a replacement, thinking it was defective. Nope, the replacement was the same so I'm returning it as well. Even opening a simple app took a long time. From the time I tap on an app icon, it takes 1-2 seconds to open it. Sometimes an app crashed while opening. All I intended to use it for was to run my payment processor app and to have clients sign PDF contracts, and light web browsing. I hadn't even loaded any data on and wasn't intending to use it for anything intense. The storage is also slow.Once you have an app open, it works well enough, but expect to be waiting anytime you want to do anything. It hesitates and stutters at every action. Switching apps is slow, and typically the app has already been dumped from memory, so it has to reload or relaunch the app, which means more waiting.But once you're watching a youtube video or whatever simple lazy task, it's fine, and holding it feels nice and the screen is nice, bright and sharp, with good color. Very poor performance

I bought this as a replacement for an old and low priced tablet , which has been obsolete since 2015.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The old supermarket own brand tablet was by no means top quality, but this Lenovo makes it look like lightning fast.The Lenovo is painfully slow and continually freezes when scrolling. It has difficulty downloading and operating common auction site and shopping apps. While on Netflix, it simply switches itself back to the home screen without being touched. The Lenovo interface is counter intuitive and the camera quality is dreadfull.
