The camera is really good, the mic is a bit on the bad side however I don't use it so I won't knock off a star for that. The image on the monitor is really good. It is VESA compatible which is awesome and very handy!

I am disappointed with the way the integrated camera makes everything, such as my hair, couch a reddish purple. Not realistic for online meetings. Looking for a solution to correct this.

So I love this monitor, works 10/10 super good as the 2nd monitor for everyday use. If I'm being nitpicky, the monitor had scratches and marks on its base and the red cable organizer was missing. May have been an honest mistake but I did purchase an open box item that was supposed to be in very good condition. FYI, it comes with a VGA cable and no HDMI so get one if you have a laptop like mine. [GENERAL LENOVO ISSUE] This model has had issues with its camera not working (but can be fixed??) so keep that in mind when purchasing

Very poor VoIP sound quality good screen but really catastrophic microphone. Two weeks that I’m using the screen and two weeks that people are complaining about the sound quality (microphone)
The monitor is just the right size. Speakers are embedded and sound okay. The camera is decent and also has infrared capabilities, enabling you to unlock your computer using your face.
If youre using this mainly for internet browsing, movie watching at the desk or some moderate gaming its not too bad outside of the terrible speakers and the ghosting issue i seem to be having. It gets the Job done and it looks good on any desk. Colors are vibrant but blacks tend to be washed out a little bit.
I bought the monitor to work from home as a second screen and it was very easy to setup. The size is perfect and works just fine. I haven't used the speakers or video as yet. Will report later on my findings. I recommend this product.
The monitor works very well and the size is ideal for my cramped work from home space. The webcam gives decent quality video but the audio lets things down. The echo cancelling speakerphone is to put it mildly pretty dire and it lets down an otherwise great device.
Really pleased with the physical monitor, but am unable to get the "Smart face-tracking technology automatically adjusts your face in the center of the screen" functionality to work. There are no instructions apart from install the software, but this doesn't give any options or functionality. It appears to just reboot the computer. No support from Lenovo forums.
I was sent a used product with marks all over, even on screen. So much so, camera also does not work. This was the first time i tried marketplace on Best buy and this is a bad experience.
