works well .. but make sure you use a lubricant .. I use Canola oil from a pressure can... spray between two sheets. Don't let it overheat.

Unfortunately this shredder broke after very limited use. Having opened the housing the motor has a plastic drive shaft that wore out after only 2 brief paper jams. Best buying something better if you want longevity. Cheap but sadly poorly built.

I need shredder with CD Shredder, (Your details stated it could shred CD,But on Instruction sheet no mention about CD shredder.I contact Manufacture they stated you can shred CD, you use the main slot there is no Slot for CD's like other brands.It is more powerful than the one this replace.The price was good.I am waiting for Uniden wireless phones go on special than I will buy one, same as the shredderMany thankswarren

Best Shredder

This is the easiest and fastest shredder I have ever used. Cuts multiple pages in one go. Shreds plastic cards, eg Credit Cards etc easily. Does everything we want. We are so glad to have purchased this item. Should have bought it a long time ago. This is exactly how I feel. Love it.

So far, so good. Not noisy and shreds paper, and cards easily. Highly recommended.

Over several years I have always bought the same shredderI am really happy with my purchase and would recommend this purchase.

Questionable quality

After its initial (minor) workout, this shredder now makes very loud grinding sounds when free spinning - as if it needs a good oiling. Under load, its fine. According to the instructions, There are no requirements to oil the machine, so I havent. Instead, I am sort of waiting for it to jam up!

Unfortunately this machine stopped after one day. The paper did not fall automatically in the bin. Needed to use tweezers to removed jammed paper. Very time consuming. Followed the manual. Gave the machine rests to keep it cool. Very disappointed in this shredder. Would not recommend it.

Stopped working within 3 months

Noisy, but did its job efficiently - twice! Stored in its box for a few months until another stack of paperwork to do. No power light. Check for blockages (although I was sure it was clear when stored) Only a 30 day guarantee given- which says it all really. Disappointed.

Well made home shredder

Ideal home shredder. Competitively priced. While rated for 10 sheets, I did a lot of shredding at 3 sheets at a time over an extended period, with no problems. Shreds finer than my previous shredder. Auto cut off is a handy feature - recommended for home use
