This works! I I have mold growing in my attic from my AC. I’m waiting for my landlord to come fix it. I started to feel sick and chest tightening as I have asthma and long COVID affects as was on life support last year due to it and now I’m still on oxygen at night. I started using this and I am feeling better. I closed all my vents and sprayed Lysol everywhere and used this and wow!! So glad to have this now. After buying this I thought what do I need it for after seeing that my air quality is usually pretty good. Well I’m just an hour from Canada’s border and they have some fires over there and the smoke made it’s way here and the AQI is really bad right now. Could be worse for sure. Anyways so bad that’s in the 170-190s in my area. Forgot to turn on the air purifier and when I realized oh l should check the app. Turned it on and it was in the red or orange. Turned it to max fan got down to the 80s and now it’s in the 40s. Does it really purifier my air? Maybe. I’m just not sure if it’s a gimmick I was hoping it could help a little with allergies. It leaves me congested on a regular basis. So after 6 months of use, I have found that this little machine is great at circulating air in a room. However, there doesn't seem to be much filtering happening. The filter on my old cheap purifier would have been disgusting by now and this one is remarkably clean still. That's not a good thing. The filter seems to just sit all wobbly inside. It doesn't lock into place or anything. You simply drop it in there. While this machine has a good little motor good at moving air, it appears to be sucking it all AROUND the filter and not through it. I've owned this product for just over a week now - tested it at my house, I have 3 cats and it has done an amazing job clearing the air.I then moved it up to my mom's house, no one has lived there for a year. Spider webs were not the only issue - the place had a layer of dust on everything, my allergies were going crazy. Only having one air purifier I decided to let it run in one room I'd be working on the most, the difference was like night and day.I've had air purifiers before and while they cleaned the air, they also changed it in a negative way for my breathing. This little droid looking unit doesn't do that - it's just good clean air.BJs, keep this one in stock please! I will be buying one or two more.

Like I said, and the picture shows, it definitely does its job, and the filter warning is accurate and very simple to reset when you change the filter. It did very well controlling odors, but only with it running on high. Anything that moves this volume of air will be noisy.Running it on the second speed level, the noise was hardly noticeable, but it did not control the odors, nearly as well as full speed.I ordered a second plain jane 300 model. They both were about $40 less then than they are now.Running both units on the medium speed solved the noise issues, and was able to keep the cigarette odors in check.One of them is actually sitting on my desk where I work, and can barely hear it running, but is still moving a considerable amount of air. A friend who doesn't smoke entered my office with me one morning and she told me she didn't smell any smoke.At $80 for a pair of Toxin and $85 for a pair of Smoke filters, Yes, they are expensive. But the long life of them makes it tolerable for me.I keep a small hand held vac in my office and I do pull the filters out about once a week and vacuum the outside of the filters.Considering I only paid $100 each shipped, they have been a worthwhile purchase.

I moved it to different rooms to cover the whole house, ran it an hour or two at each location. The awful smell and irritation were gone!
