This is only a 10kg washer for normal cotton wash or eco wash. Everything else is significantly smaller size loads and almost useless for a family of 4. I must not be using it correctly either because my towels after washing and hanging to line dry feel stiff and not fluffy or soft at all. Im going to keep persevering because Ive invested in it now but I feel like my F&P Top Loader Aquasmart was much better at this stage and I miss it! I tried to wash our familys double and queen size Fiona and if went off balance. So annoyed as this was one of the main reasons I bought the machine! The maximum weight for a Fiona is listed as 2.5kg wash! Pretty useless.

Excellent wash. Pulled out everything thing in our cupboards that hadnt been washed to our satisfaction with old previous washer and they have now a new life. Great product. Very satisfied.

Did my research and selected the LG washing machine over the competing products. Have been using it for several weeks now, very pleased with the features and how quiet and efficient it is. The phone app is useful also to let you know wash cycle progress and status of things such as when you need to add more laundry liquid, fabric softener, etc.

The machine washes really well however from day one we had an issue with the drawer getting stuck. The silicone lid on the softner side pops up and jams the drawer so you can't open it. The fault was reported and a replacement drawer sent out about 6 weeks later. We have used the new drawer for 2 weeks and the same thing is happening. There is obviously a fault with the silicone lid - it is curled and doesn't stay sealed down.
I love the machine. The auto dose is amazing because I can fill it and forget. There is a few things that I don’t like.. you can’t change the cycle time which would be very useful to be able to do large washes for shorter times. The child lock does not prevent child from turning the machine off only stops them changing cycle, so if they turn it off you start load from scratch and if it is a cotton load can then be a 3 hour load due to AI weighing. You also can not pre- soak clothes in a tub/bucket or put wet clothes in as a AI weighing load as it detects it to be a heavily soiled load and will have a ridiculously long wash time. Other then that it is a great machine and wash is very impressive, clothes are clean and fresh every time. Machine is also super quiet ... MoreI love the machine. Upgraded from an LG top loader, the difference is night and day in quality of clean. However that could be old vs new machine. Only time will tell if the quality stays.Works well and stacks nice with it's sibling drier. ThinQ app is okay but doesn't really give you much more than a notification. Sync to the drier is nice.
My old machine died after 12 years and I wanted something bigger with lots of smart, useful features and settings. This machine ticks all of those boxes. I am really impressed with how well it washes and the wash options. The ezi detergent feature is also amazing. Highly recommend!
This machine is truely magical. A joy to use. Not having to worry about adding detergent or setting the load size as it does itself. The phone notifications are great as I have it in a common apartment room so its easy to know when ready to hang out.
We have now had this washer close to a month and it has stood up to the various types of fabrics and loads well. The features are endless and will suit everyone from the tech savvy to the novice who just wants to wash clothes without all the fancy options. Highly recommended
I have noticed much less use of washing liquid with it's auto dosing system. It also washes delicate clothes very well - finding less wear on the clothes than any washing machine before. Biggest plus is it's great for busy family with huge loads, manages everything! Less loads of washing to do - bonus!
