It’s not the product, it’s the company. They won’t refund my money even though the product is with them and they clearly have it. I have been fighting and reaching the company everyday for a refund update but they keep on coming up with the same excuses, always saying it takes 5 working days to upload something, it takes 5 working days for our managers to process this, it takes 5 working days for us to get updates on our refund, it takes 5 working days for us to receive the item, when clearly DHL says that it’s been delivered and it even shows who signed and when it was signed for, my refund has taken 20 days and today I’ve been told that it takes 5 working days for the warehouse to check if my item has arrived or not, so it looks like my item won’t be refunded by ... MoreIt’s not the product, it’s the company. I bought this set up for easy daisy chain connection but it doesn't work as advertised, You only have 1 thunderbolt port on each screen which doesn't allow daisy chaining using thunderbolt and you have 1 HDMI port on each which again doesn't allow daisy chaining you have 2 DPI ports on each monitor but most of the new laptops do not have DPI out ports.so you are down to either buying DPI to usbc convertor or a docking station to connect all of the them to your laptop using 1 port. Which is similar to any other daisy chaining methods. So there is no point in marketing this set up as easy daisy chain set up.

Does NOT support dual screens on macOS 12 (or 11)

Can't use dual screens on a Mac.All of the branding says they support dual screens over USB-C, but you can only mirror screens from your Mac. I'm running an Intel-based mac on macOS 12.1. Support says you have to download an application called Dual Controller to make it work properly. However, this is an LG-managed app and doesn't support anything newer than 10.10 (Yosemite). Which came out in 2014.Completely dissatisfied and frustrated with LG over this. I'm going to try finding my own solution before returning the product, but be warned.

I bought these monitors based on this YouTuber's review: Dual Monitor Desk Setup: LG 27? Ergo Monitors by SpawnPoiint (I couldn't share the link).I'm using a 2021 M1 MacBook (16 inch) with no issues. I had to buy an additional USB C thunderbolt cord.

I LOVE this Dual Monitor System

I went to MicroCenter ready to buy a different monitor and for the same price I got this AMAZING dual monitor setup that was something I had only ever dreamt was possible.I don't know where to start - from the moment I opened the box through sitting down and using it - EVERYTHING went so smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Did I have to try different variations and play with it until it was exactly the way I wanted it? YES - which was the most fun part. I tried different configurations until I found the perfect setup for my needs. My inner perfectionist is THRILLED with the built in cable management. It's a work of art.

Working from home

I received these monitors a few weeks ago and wanted to give an honest review after using them. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to set up, including attaching the monitor arm to my desk. The monitors are easily attached and easy to adjust, they can be be moved along a built in rail to allow for changing the orientation from vertical to horizontal. They are locked in place with a short turn of an allen key. My only minor complaint is that access to the allen key slot you have to stand up and reach behind the rail. The monitors have excellent picture quality, even for photography. The monitors have easily accessible ports to one side. The power leads are different to standard monitor cables they are power adapters like a laptop lead. One piece of advice though, the box that these come in is quite bulky and very heavy, however, when you move it somewhere to open it the monitors are in one box and the bracket parts another box. These are much easier to carry to an upstairs room.
