I purchased this fridge in July and it was faulty right out of the box. It’s now the end of November and after a string of wrong parts sent, delays and a Band-Aid solution, it will apparently be fixed on the 1st of December. Five months of his fridge freezing my fresh food. I thought I was buying a quality product choosing LG but I have been left thoroughly disappointed and out of pocket for the food it has destroyed.

This works well cools fast and keeps dairy and fresh produce excellent. The little freezer is also very good and holds more than I excepted.The bad thing about this fridge is there is very little places for bottles eg. milk, water bottles, cooldrink all have to go in the door which are all very heavy and put a lot of strain the hinges of the door. (My last fridge was the same and the door was deformed\damage because of it.

Perfect size for my kitchen, I thought it was going to be too narrow after measuring but I had nothing to worry about. Pleasantly surprised. I live by myself so its huge, however would definitely be enough room for 2-4 people without issue. The freezer space is great and I use the built in ice machine more than I thought I would. Only small negative is the door shelves for drinks etc. Only sauces and drink bottles fit on the one shelf, the two shelfs above are small for eggs etc and the shelf below is too small to fit a generic tomato sauce bottle. Minor thing.

Brillitant fridge all round. I can access everything. Deep large door shelves. Extra shleves in body of fridge - Large vege drawer. plenty of room. I also love the visible temperature controls. Will be useful when I have a blackout (I live in a high storm area and we have a couple of trees knocking down power lines each year). Freezer is large with fully accessible drawers. Three separate plus ice drawer. Love love love it. Highly highly recommended

If it's on full price and if you have concerns about anything from what I said above, find some other brand or check personally in store. LG refrigerators are good otherwise and you get value for your money as they have 10 year compressor warranty.
The fridge is quiet. However the shelves do not allow you to adjust them to fit tall items into them. It's all well and good to have to put the milk in the door. However we also have to store all the cooking condiments in there as well because you can't adjust the shelves to fit soy sauce, fish sauce etc on the shelves. Worse, we had to remove a shelf from the door to store the products as again the height restrictions and poor flexibility of positioning. Overall, I thank the Good Guys for their exceptional service and help in timely delivery under difficult circumstances of low stock accross various retailers.
Bought this fridge for my new home two weeks ago and I'm very happy with the service the delivery guys provided me. The fridge is very good for the price I paid for. It's easy to set up. It works very well. It's a very good size. It's just the right one I needed. Just a few cons that won't affect the rating I would give to this product. They are, the piece for the cord at the back of the fridge still remains a mystery of how it works as it's not in the manual, nor on the internet anywhere to be found the front surface has some minor scratches suspected to be coming from packaging as it's plastic which is understandable but they're there and they shouldn't be there and holders on the door are not adjustable which can be inconvenient at times. I luv this fridge. It is extremely quiet. Freezer is a great with heaps of drawer space. I love the size of fridge internally theres plenty of space particularly in the door. I like that it shows me the temperature of fridge and freezer. I luv the black exterior, I thought it may show dirt but it doesnt and its easy to wipe down. Handles in the side of doors is good too. Definitely recommend this fridge and I loved the great service and quick delivery from the good guys.
I bought this fridge over the phone actually giving very short notice for delivery. Good Guys Pakenham were so helpful.I didnt even know it was a black coloured fridge until it arrived but I love the colour, its very stylish and suits our kitchen. Works very well, is quiet and keeps produce very fresh for a long time. Good size for a family of four. The freezer door doesnt shut with ease and needs more of a push to shut but its not a deal breaker, just a bit annoying! Very happy all round, thank you Good Guys! Good price for an LG fridge too!
