I’ve now had the wash towel just on six weeks and extremely happy with this product. All of my appliances, fridge, TVs, convection microwave, stick vacuum etc are LG and very reliable.The tower is Much quieter than a regular front loader stacked washer and dryer.My only wish is that you could get a breakdown of the cycles as I’m wondering which dryer cycle reverses the tumble more often, particularly for sheets and bulky items.

Great unit , big capacity , super easy operation with lovely electronic menu, easy to clean and does the job well. I’ve always brought Miele and Bosch before but LG seems to be making great gear with more tech.

Technician should have contacted me within 48 hours - a week later still nothing. Same experience with a faulty LG fridge. Dont expect help from the call centre. Never again. Thankfully The Good Guys were really good guys and replaced the machine with two Fisher&Paykels that work perfectly. Big thumbs up to the GoodGuys.

Easy to use, both on the machine and through the app. Nice and quiet compared to our 12 year old LG washing machine. Even better with the tumble dryer now having a heat pump ( no more emptying the water container).
A great washer with plenty of capacity for a family of four. Both the washer and dryer are extremely quiet. With not having to ventilate the dryer its a big bonus. But, it wasnt brought to our attention at time of purchase that a single load can take between 2-3 hrs ! Apparently the power consumption is still a lot better than a standard dryer even after going for a couple of hours. So if you are a heavy dryer user and need things done in a hurry this isnt the dryer for you.
We have a "closet laundry" and the most crucial measurement is the depth, so we can close our sliding doors. This machine lists its depth as 660 which would be a perfect fit, except it is closer to 680 when you factor in the hoses and the doors. So it didn't fit our space which was disappointing. I wish they listed their specs correctly. It would've save us a lot of trouble as now we have to return the machine. We haven't used this machine so I am rating it one star because of its incorrect guideline/specs for its size/depth.
