Clothes are always clean. Machine runs quiet compared to other washing machines. Easy and intuitive menus for use. WiFi easily setup and allows for remote monitoring and diagnosis. No approximately 40 min every day wash cycle available; all seems to be close to 2 hours which is too long for normal wash loads.

This is hands down the best washing machine I have ever owned. First time purchasing a front loader & first LG washing machine. I have other LG white goods so I felt confident.It is quite easy to use water efficient the list goes on.Definitely a 5 star product.

Happy with basic functions, I do find it hard to work out how to do what should be simple - eg spin only, rinse only, etc. Instructions useless, although I did get a helpful rrsponse from customer service on one of these questions.

Does the job but...Had this for more than a year now. Works fine on included programmes. But most ?all programmes are warm or hot water - not good cold water programme.Included cycle programmes are mostly quite long - expect a minimum of 1.5 or 2 hours. My family comments that this washer takes longer than theirs.App to modify one programme slot is hard to get working and frankly i have only got it to work once or twice of several tries. I try every few months but usually get frustrated and give up.It can only take one custom programme at a time, but i want to use two or three - for example a good cold cycle and a spin only cycle. Cannot do it.So overall it's fine but i can't say it's great. the customise function is not at all as good as i anticipated.
I bought this close to a year ago, I love the features such as turbo mode, add item mode and the overall washing performance. However ive run into an issue where the washer stops spinning when my Duvet is inside, I think this is due to the fact that it is a king size duvet and I only have a 9kg capacity. On normal loads the clothes are very clean and washing quickly with less power and water consumption that I previously experienced. This is a great machine for the price tag, I would suggest researching the capacity for your needs (this is essential) and playing around with the different cycle options as they do very different things.
Great washer with awesome Features and water saving quality is 5 Stars. One thing I can not fix is the wobbly legs. No matter how much I have adjusted it still wobbles/vibrates during washing cycle and I have given up. Wish Mobile ThinQ app recognize all registered products automatically without manually connecting them.
We bought our machine about a year and a half ago. The reason we bought it was it had a hot water connection and we have solar hot water we wanted to use. After some months use I checked the hot water pipe when in use and it was cold, not using the hot water!!! Because it was not on the 60degC cycle apparently. Why the hell was this programmed in, if you want to run 40degC you still want to use the hot water. Other people have resorted to starting at 60 and turning it down during the cycle. There needs to be a software upgrade to fix this booboo.
I brought this less than 48 hours ago I absolutely love the front loader washing machine being so fully computerized and thinks for itself on what washing cycle I chose to turning itself off at the end of the washing cycle.My last washing machine front loader was a Bosch it just turned 10 years old there very big difference in technology from Bosch to lg front loader washing machine . I love it . thank you LG for building a Top Quality product.
Just bought this on Sunday and it arrived today. Set up the wifi functionality on my iPhone, unfortunately this is perhaps the loss of one star for me as creating an account was so frustrating with LG. However, once over the line and I was connected to my washer it was great to see where my was progress was. Washed my sheets today, it was a long was at 93 minutes, but they were well wrung out ready for my new dryer.
I'm a bit disappointed in this machineDoes not allow to spin dry on its own cycleThe display does not light up like it's describedThe short cycle is too short, I'd prefer the 30 minutes as my previous LG front loader you should be able to choose the time on a regular washIt's been a noisy machine, and shook the laundry detergent off to land on the concrete floor, have to constantly check with spirit level
