Washes well and determines appropriate times for the wash. Struggles with a load of towels - can be stuck on the spin cycle for 30 minutes when there are six towels in the machine. Need to take care with the detergent - only uses HE (High Efficiency) detergent (I did not know it was a thing) and a standard brand OMO powder sets of the PE and FE sensors which stops the load. Need to turn off and back on for it to restart. Better to use liquid - which does not cause this problem - but need to use powder for a delayed finish.

Love this washing machine! Not only is it aesthetically pretty to look at but it a great washing machine too! I love that you can download an app to view your past cycles too! Also appliances online is great to deal with their customer service is amazing!

LG has been raising up in the ranks as being a top of line washing machine and dryer. We have actually now got both and the newer washing machine has been very good. Everything from the load sensor, smart wash, on top of electricity and water saving stars. Highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with this machine.The 1600rpm spin is great to get the items that much dryer. The colour is great, the controls panel is very modern. Items come out clean and fresh. If I could change anything I wish it would use more water.
This is a fantastic machine. Washes great, and spin cycle is extremely quiet.Delivery, set up, and the taking away of my old machine was professional and simple.
LG Machine washes well, and is very quiet. Plays lovely tune when wash cycle is finished.Looks great.Only negative is that the wash programs on left side of dial does NOT let you know how long the wash cycle is for until it begins the wash after weighing clothes etc. I did a cotton wash for 4hrs, ridiculous!Wash cycles on the right hand side of the dial let's you know immediately how many minutes your wash will take.
Washes well. The division between Soap and Softner works perfectly compared to the old machine. They really did not make the softner separate perfectly in the past. The machine is fast enough, does a good size wash, great for bedding. Use the Steam allergy cycle on my clothes. All our products at home are LG and from Betta Gladstone. Dishwasher, TV and Washer. All work as decribed.
Replaced 10 y/o Samsung washer that served us very well before locking up. Washing time is down significantly but clothing come out require half time to dry compared to our old washer. Wash programs are good and significant time saving.
Good solid washing machine with plenty of options. Some wash cycles are very quick and do a great job. But some cycles using the sensors set the time for more than 4 hours. That's ridiculous.
Have only used the washing machine a few times. So far so good. Easy to use and washing comes out clean. Was easy to install the machine.
