First time using a combo washer/dryer. I was very sceptical & did a lot of research prior to purchasing. Reason to purchase a new washing machine was to be able to do big loads that cater for blankets, sheets etc. This machine is absolutely amazing. Easy to use, heaps of options. I am in my mid 50's, & have never had a machine that cleans & dries my clothes like this. I would 100% give my recommendation to anyone for this machine. I honestly could not be happier, can do all of my washing in just a couple of loads due to its size. I have had no shrinkage with the dryer. It has just made my life easier, and was also extremely affordable thanks to appliancesonline. I can't put any negatives in this review, as I just can't fault it.

We bought this to replace a smaller 8-year-old Samsung washer-dryer combo. It was still working OK, but it was making a lot of vibrations. I assume it was because we moved a few times, and we forgot to attach the bolts the last time. I figured it was pointless to service it at 8 years old.So we bought this and it started shaking the entire house :-/ The 1000+ RPM spin cycles are violent. I tried using the rubber feet I got for the older washer. It stopped shaking the whole house, but the washer vibrated even more. After some research, it seemed the floorboards at the new place were the bigger culprit. Put a rubber appliance mat and a 600x600 paving stone on top of the floorboards and then the washer. The door leaks water when in use, the machine does not spin the clothes and continuously comes up with a uS error code each and every use. The unit is a 12 kg washer which should take a full load however, it will only spin when their are 5 pieces of clothing inside. The dryer burns the clothes and clothes have a chemical smell every time. Spoke with lg and they are trying to say that their online technician doesn’t find an issue with the unit even though I have mentioned the countless issues that I have experienced with the unit after only 2 uses. Instead buy a good washer and buyer separately.
I had read some bad reviews on washer/dryer combos but this was a new model that looked promising. The machine works great and clothes come out completely dry every time. Being a combo model there is no lint filter, however there is a quick clean function that cleans any excess lint/dirt between washes, the app also monitors washes and alerts when a major drum clean is required. Only downside is that the power monitoring is quite useless as it doesn't show any units just general bars but this doesn't impact the wash/dry performance.
Have had it for lass than 6 months. Almost every wash it's leaves stains on my clothes. I have used the settings perfectly, don't use fabric softener and still get these discolorations. Have had to throw out $300 batter, 4 t shirts, 2 linen shirts and have 2 brand new towels ruined. Have tried to get help but just get handballed to the next person who has no history of my case. Would love to return this. Never had any problems with my old Fisher and Paykel
Washing machine is great but you only can use the standard feature. They don't allow you to save favourite from machine nor apps. Worst of all you cannot customise program in the apps. Basically the apps is useless only for notification purposes.Everytime use you need turn and find the program you want to use. Take times and wife also complaint hard to use.Regret bought it, my old Electrolux is so much better.
