Suppose if you're concerned about your period running down your back this is good for you but I wore this, leaked through, tried again, leaked through and onto my pants and chair and I'm annoyed. It's because it's think on the sides and not the middle so your period is not going directly on the pad. Horrible product.

I usually have to wear 2 pads at night so nothing leaks . These new ones are amazing, and quite comfortable.. It covers all the areas so nothing will leak out when turning over in bed . I’ve been waiting for years for something like this !

Bought these for hospital stay, often use to miss the back. I move a lot at night. Finally comfort and no leakage escapee points. Yes there thicker, but soft comfort and hey its pj nights anyway. On heavy days home pefect lounging pads. Use pad bags or nappy bags for easy disposal.
