Started these along with magnesium citrate helps with leg cramps, so far so good but don't take too many at the same time or on an empty stomach as can irritate the bowel and get diarrhoea Ha! No problem taking twice the dose with meals. I take with my evening meal.No nausea or tummy upset and no more cramps! Has to many fillers for me though so will not purchase again as they would be the main cause for the bowel irritation.iHerb provides me with wonderful customer service and DHL is very fast and a good company to deal with, Thanks!

My favorite form of calcium (calcium citrate) that is easily absorbed and used by the body. A plus is that it also contains vitamin D that is needed and is a "companion" supplement for calcium. It is best to get some of one's calcium through diet, but it is difficult to obtain the needed 1,000-1,500 through diet alone. Thus I usually take at least 3-4 of these calcium capsules per day. (It's best not to take more than 400mg calcium at one time.) I also like that this calcium supplement is in capsules instead of being in a hard (rock-like) tablet. One negative is that this supplement does have modified food starch in it.
Definitely working - data indicated inner ear symptoms due to calcium deficiency. Symptoms have been gone since I started this product. It is coupled with D3, something Oregonians, in the rain, need to add to their diet. Brilliantly created by Life Extension.
