I am a huge fan of LE products, and while I wholeheartedly believe this supplement helped significantly with my hair loss, the odd shape of this tablet has gotten painfully stuck in my esophagus twice - very scary. I tried drinking more water, but the water came right back out. I tried a little cheese, but it became stuck behind the pill. The only thing that worked was lots of hot water. To be clear, I have taken vitamins and supplements most of my life. I currently take 25/day - the majority are LE. I've never had problems swallowing pills - just these. Thought LE should know as well as anyone considering ordering them. FYI - I still take them because they are effective, but have learned how to do it safely with hot water on standby.

They are relatively cheap and have some really good stuff (e.g. stem cells) so I alternate them with the more expensive non-iherb brands - [Dr graft (kr)/ ageless clinic (kr)/ revivserums(us)/tricomin(us). the ones with the most comprehensive ingredient lists are AC and reviv. Tricomin is a definite NO because it is extremely expensive for the ingredients that it carries. it doesn't come with any packaging either, so you don't know if it's a brand new product. graft,AC,reviv all boasts different combos of peptides so I don't mind trying them all. AC and reviv (optional) even come with Greyverse which reverses grey hair, supposedly.4. others - I bot hairegen (or veve) long ago. it's like an electronic dermaroller W/ infrared W/ added zinc/ copper. bad thing is cartridge needs change every several months and it's NOT cheap. I feel that it's not that value for money I spent.there are more tips I wish to share on other reviews, because of word limit.

I've been taking this Hair and Nails for well over 6 months. It appears to have resulted in regrowth of hair but I noticed that after it had re-grown a couple of inches it appeared to be finished and all disappeared. It appears to be regrowing again but I have stopped taking the pills after having a disturbing event. I was only taking 2 pills a day and decided to increase to 3 after my new hairs disappeared. I experienced a reaction to niacin which was very disturbing - change in mental status ( the review gremlins wouldn't let me be specific - they said the word was profane -not at all!) and burning over my chest. The burning event happened twice, minutes apart. I realize now that the "change in mental status" was present days, even weeks before the burning. Since ...
