I give this to my children when they have strep throat. They gargle it and swallow it. It works wonders combined with gargling hydrogen peroxide. The ingredients are good. The size of capsules is ok and I like the quality of this product. To my children I open the capsules and put the powder to water, they don't complain about the taste.

I am taking this in an anti aging protocol and will keep taking it for at least 6 months. I was recommended this product by a friend, who is seeing great results after taking it for 6 months. For example some of her gray hair coloured again. I will be buying these again as I think I need to take it for longer to see a difference. Breastfeeding is taking out all the nutrients from me :)

Lactoferrin is great for breaking up biofilms. Look up xylitol & lactoferrin protocol. Both work well together. I actually use erythritol instead and it works!Previously I just couldn't take erythritol or xylitol in any quantities but since I've been on the protocol I've been able to ramp up the dose and not seeing any negatives even if I take quite a bit.When available I get the Nutricost supplement though since it's cheaper and seems to have the same effect.
I'm taking this as a bone growth support, I won't know how well that's going for a while. But only a couple of days in and I noticed a change in vitality. The caps are an easy size to take, and its only once a day (although I took a double dose for 2 weeks), I'm really feeling the benefits even at this early stage. It might have helped too because the wound did not reach the level of atipical cells for it to be considered dangerous if cauterized quickly.Nevertheless, Life Extention product din not give me heartburn, another one had seemed to have given. And... after taking 1 or 2 per day, I think that probably most often 2, month after month I noticed my very grey with so much more white hair that grows fast and I found difficult to die, it began to get more and more its dark colour, ... Since before April, more than 6 months have passed, I haven't been using it... if I remember it well I had taken a break from almoust all my suplements, unfortunately at that time also from Vitamin C and D3 for about a month. A chronic infection of my ear got acute, and my GP gave me the antibiotic Augmentin. After the first pill, I had huge intestines problems, diarrhea, but not only, the scariest were the big pains in my abdomen, I felt all organs were hurting me and they were hurting acutely not only if I placed my hand over my abdomen, but I could not get up to sit down from the position in which I was lying in bed. Unfortunately, I took 2 times more Augmentin. But the pains, even though I was taking nurofen, were worrisome. That prompted me to call the ambulance. After about 15 hours, they found out I had clostridium difficile, that is a germ we have or we might have in the intestines, but antibiotics can make it multiply hugely, cause even deadly damage. I was during my last month of being 47 years old. For me, it was a severe form, I was in hospital for 2 weeks, and though I could walk, I was in sepsis. That disease can come back, and I could not stand some suplements after that, some symptoms came back also when I tried to take lactoferin, yet I cannot not be sure it caused it. I try to read how the suplements I take affect the gut flora and if they fight against clostridium or make it grow... so I read that it was a correlation between more lactoferin in the gut and the developing of that disease. Therefore, for now, I am not taking it, but I might in the future. God bless!
