Life Space Double Strength Probiotic 60 Capsules Exclusive Size

I've been focusing on healing my gut for the past year. Taking daily probiotics, increasing soluble fiber in both my nutrition (lots of veggies and whole grains), as well as keeping my processed food intake to a minimum. I'm experiencing less bloating, plus the benefit of being more 'regular' is always a bonus. What I like about this probiotic is shelf stable and doesn't need to be refrigerated (I've always forgotten to take those!) I like that there is a blend of 15 types of beneficial bacteria. And I like that there is only 1 smaller capsule to take daily.

I have this thing called TMAU and someone else with this condition has used this and said it worked in 2 weeks to help her husband so I really really trust this. My first initial thought of this product was how freaking pretty the bottle is😆😆😆. Like it's one of those sturdy glass/plastic type things and it's like see-through at the bottom and it's so preetttyyy. The bottle also comes sealed with a lid after you take off the cap so that's very good👍👍👍. The product came with bubble wrap and other protectant so it was safe while traveling. Inside the bottle are 2 plastic things which I think help with like keeping them fresh. I'm always dubious that a shelf stable probiotic will work as well as the ones that need to be in the fridge but I need to put my doubt away because these actually work. I suffer from all kinds of stomach issues because I tend to be a little more high strung than necessary. I mean, aren't we all in this day and age? I don't think I have felt at ease since May of 2020. I need a probiotic to help with digestion. These work! In fact, they help with my acid reflux. I wouldn't say I don't need an acid reducer now and then but these reduce the amount I need to take.

I take probiotics for several reasons, including dairy intolerance. I've used many brands, including Primadophilus and Healthy Trinity, both of which I like. Occasionally a brand will cause me a lot of discomfort and/or greatly impact my digestive system. These seem rather typical, helping with dairy and having a mild positive impact on my digestion. It's hard to know the actual strength, but they do seem stronger than Primadophilus which has 5 million CFU per capsule. Seem to be having a positive impact on my digestive system all the way through. Claimed strength is stronger than Healthy Trinity (which has 30 million CFU), with a wider variety of organisms and twice the CFU at about half the cost.

There are different 15 strains of bacteria and at least some variety is good because it's more likely to be effective than a probiotic with only one or two bacteria strains. The only potential issue with this Life-Space Probiotic is the cost--at $37.99 for a 30-day supply, this is on the pricier side although you can easily get probiotics off-the-shelf at the drug store for roughly the same price. For many people (doctors generally believe most people) probiotics are little more than a placebo because healthy people usually have enough bacteria in their gut naturally to properly digest food. I actually do need to take a probiotic daily but I've always found that cheaper drug store brand probiotics work as well for me as the more expensive probiotics with gaudy numbers on their labels. When you add in the fact that the drug store chain I frequent pretty much has supplements on sale 365 days a year I can get a probiotic that works just as well for me for about half the price of this Life-Space product. I'm on a tight budget and everyone doesn't need to pinch their pennies so if price isn't a major factor Life-Space Double Strength Probiotic is an excellent product. The use of a CFU number rather than total bacterial count is good, the fact that this contains a variety of bacteria strains is also good (you want a probiotic that includes at least 3-4 different strains of bacteria unless your doctor has prescribed or suggested something specific), and the glass bottle used here is far preferable to plastic unless you're prone to dropping your supplement or prescription bottles. I need to keep my spending down but if I could afford to buy this every month I probably would.

I am 54 year old male who takes a number of prescribed medications on a regular basis. Aside from that, I don't always have a well balanced or ideal diet. I take vitamins and supplements that I may benefit the most from. I like this product. It contains double the amount of all the different probiotic supplements I've tried before. Moreover, each capsule contains 15 strains of probiotics, including those that not always found in many popular brands. I didn't experience any adverse effects while taking this product. Compared to other probiotics I tried in the past, this is more pricey but this is a far more superior formula.
