These are really good basic probiotics. I like that it's only one capsule that I can easily add into my daily vitamins. It's easy to swallow and I don't notice any taste or anything like that. Happy to have it

I use probiotics everyday and have for many years. You can tell a good probiotic because of the way it helps your digestive system to stay regular and healthy. When I received this product, I was having some issues with my previous probiotic not working as well as I needed it to. I began to take this one and in about 3 days I saw a significant improvement in my digestive system. I felt better in my stomach and it made my overall health better too. This is a very good quality product and I highly recommend it! I'll be purchasing for them again.

These capsules have the usual bifidobacterium and lactobacillus with a smattering of Vitamin C and Zinc. They make claims about protecting against the common cold that is unusual with probiotics. There's sugar listed in the form of polydextrose, or lab manufactured glucose, so if you're diabetic or watching your sugars, this is something to be concerned about.

These probiotics seems to be working well for my gut system, they come with some zink and vitamin c which are good as well for immune system. Easy to swallow and good probiotics in general.
