The capsules are a nice small size making them easy to swallow. I notice a difference in my digestion taking these - for example, I sometimes get stuffed up and get inflamed when I eat gluten, but taking probiotics like this helps me be able to enjoy a cookie here and there with fewer digestive issues. Looking forward to using this more. Because gut health impacts mental health, I think it will help beat the winter blues this season too.

The strains are different than what I have usually seen in probiotics that I have purchased in the past. I appreciate that it is made so that vegetarians can use it. I'm giving this product a five star because I think it actually works and it's good for my health. It was an okay product but i definitely would have had to use it longer to see the real results. What I know for now is that this product is easy to carry, it taste nothing strange. I'm a vegetarian, and this product is vegetarian friendly. Also, it has improved my sleep to a certain extent. I'm not sure if it is the effect of this product, but I haven't changed my eating or living habits during this period of time.

I have suffered with constipation, diarrhea, and bloating in my GI track for years. I've been taking this probiotic for a bit over two weeks and my issues are heaps better. The first few days were noticable. I had gurgling in my stomach and it definitely got things moving. By the third to fourth day everything balanced out and it's been easy going ever since. I'll keep it simple; the pills come in a nice glass container, they don't have an aftertaste when you take them, and I have continued to keep and maintain my weight as it is now. I have tried other products and the fluctuations I've felt with them leave me feeling gross and reduce my self esteem. I have successfully maintained my weight with this product without water bloating! Highly recommend!

I'm always taking probiotics at any given time, and I have been switching up brands when I'm out of a bottle. This particular time I ran out and started this, but I also started a round of antibiotics and I know it's crucial to take probiotics when you take them. I started by taking one pill with every one of my prescription pills. I haven't noticed any side effects. (I bumped it up to a couple with each antibiotic since I didn't think it was enough) They have been keeping me regular. If you are new to probiotics you might have a little bit of symptoms in the beginning with gas and bloating, but in time that will go away. Also make sure if you are an allergic to dairy that you are taking supplements that don't have that in it. No complaints here.

That may be due to the different kinds of strains of probiotc used or the warm weather may have reduced its potency during its shipment to me. It definitely does not seem to be as strong as other probiotics. The price of this formula is a little high to me but it does have a 2 month supply. While I have mixed feelings on this product I do think it would be beneficial for most people.

Didn’t have too much expectation for this product, but I decided to give it a try since I had been frustrated with the weight I had put on over the last couple of years. To my surprise though, after taking it for a while, I started to receive compliments from friends saying that I seemed slimmer. Nothing else really changed in my diet, and I haven’t had any side effects or discomfort with those capsules. I’m going to continue taking it since I’ve witnessed changes within myself and hope it brings me more surprises.

I have numerous stomach issues. I have a very sensitive gut, and often get bloated but since incorporating these probiotics into my daily routine, I noticed I don’t get the annoying bloating anymore and overall I feel way less pain in my stomach. I also noticed my I’ve been not craving as much junk food I used to before which allows me to eat cleaner. Overall, these might be one of the best probiotics I’ve ever tried!
