Lifespan Fitness ROWER-445 Magnetic Rowing Machine

Being a bit of a novice with fitness, this is the perfect "beginners" model. I use it when it's a bit cold outside or too windy for cycling or walking and it serves its purpose well. It was really easy to assemble, feels sturdy enough to be confident while using it and is now a regular part of my body maintenance routine. If you've been debating on whether to buy one of these, do it, I'm really happy that I did.

A quality indoor magnetic rower

I was looking for an exercise machine mainly for cardio and weight loss reasons. After researching online, found a rowing machine would be best. After checking reviews, I chose the Lifespan 445 Magnetic rower and a big plus these days is customer support by an Australian company. I have only used it for about a month but it is quiet to use and is the ideal size for the space I had available. The 445 is a quality and well built rower, the computer is more than sufficient for my needs. Highly recommended.

Great Rower

A great rower very sturdy for the price and easy to assemble.The machine itself is great to use, very quiet and takes up little space in my unit. I find the tension more than adequate for me. I'm a reasonably fit 70 year old woman.Very happy with the purchase.

Great for beginners

Really happy with purchase, first time rower but have enjoyed using this. It’s easy to set up, comfortable to use, though I have small feet - the foot straps are massive so I have to wrap them around. Light enough to move around by yourself. Would be good to have a little slot at the top for a phone so you can watch workouts, but otherwise no negatives at all for an overweight beginner.

Great quality

Bought this rower to improve my fitness. I don't actually row and am not an athlete so wanted a basic model. This is a very solid and high quality piece of fitness equipment but it doesn't take up too much room. Also easy to move around or fold up to save space. Easy to adjust resistance levels and not noisy at all. Mostly assembled but what assembly was required was pretty easy to do.

Wasn’t sure if I would have a love/hate relationship with this because I hate upper body workouts, but I love this rower. I am not strong, so there is a lot of movement room to get stronger with this machine. Hubby uses it too (who is a lot stronger) and he also has room to make it harder.

Perfect for all sizes and ages

I am 25, 92kgs and when used the way it should (for 10+ minute workouts) it is plenty difficult for a beginner and Im not even at the highest resistance. Been lifting for a year, not rowing but still.Stirdy and easy to set up too. Only complaint is that the computer is a bit lackluster.

I ordered this machine and it was delivered within 48 hours. It was easy to put together with all tools needed coming with the rower. Instructions could be a little clearer but otherwise was easy to put together. Machine works well so far and there is a noticeable difference between each level of resistance. Great value for money rower.

Not bulky (don't have much room) and very quiet. Also I like that it has 16 levels of difficulty. Before I bought it I did an "extensive" research, and my choice didn't disappoint me.

Sturdy and smooth

I’m so glad I found this, I did so much research because some are only made for short people. I’m female and only 5’4 but my sons are 6’4 and they fit well on it. I like how the pulley is a stap and not a rubber band like some! The seat is a good size and comfortable and it slides smoothly. I’m already toned on arms,legs,chest and butt! The handle grip is comfortable too. You may need help putting it together.
