Lifespan Fitness X-02 Hybrid Cross Trainer/Spin Bike

Really enjoying the machine so far. Love the seat and the elliptical arms - best of both worlds. It's not very loud can't even here it if I am listening to music and the size was super easy to fit into the corner of my garage.It took a few hours to assemble and wasn't the easiest none of the bolts where labeled. But got there in the end without too much trouble.Overall super happy!

X-02 is the most versatile cross trainer I have ever owned. I can switch the modes quickly without any difficulty. I can also adjust the resistance and burn a lot of calories in the process. I am comfortable throughout the workout and can also monitor it on the display, which also keeps a track of my heart rate. Highly recommended product.

Buying this 2 in 1 cross trainer has been the best workout decision I've made in a long time. It was easy to put up with the help of the installation experts. The postage was quick, very friendly people. This piece of equipment allows you to do multiple cardio exercises while sitting or standing, making it easy for anyone who cant stand for long. I recommend this store to anyone who wants to become fit. Thank you for making me get off the couch!

Convenient and ok for the price!

It's a convenient piece of equipment to have at home to get the heart rate up. It's relatively sturdy for the price. However, the screws start to come loose while using it. Also, the fixed pedals aren't great - it means that when you are circling around your foot goes on a sharp downwards angle causing your foot to slide forward.

Good investment

Works well - I have been using it every day for a few weeks now. I'm surprised with how sturdy it is - looks like it should last for some time.Some of the instructions could be clearer. E.g. I wasn't sure which way the pedals were supposed to go.Haven't made any use of the pulling rope, which I think is a nice idea but doesn't work well - an average person (like me) can drag the entire bike when pulling on it! (only really effective if someone is sitting on the bike itself to weigh it down).

Good value for money

I bought the Hybrid Cross Trainer as a Christmas present for my partner, and we're pretty happy about it. It works well, a bit noisy but I really think is a good value for money.It has some attachments, such as a couple of elastics and some light weights, which are good, but the weights should be a 2 and 3kg, and they actually are less than 2kg if I weight them together. So, overall a good product, I would recommend it for some cardio at home as you can use it as an elliptical or a bike, but I would not trust the weight written on the dumbbells :)

Good value machine, lots of features

The machine has a lot of features for the price i paid and happy with it as it seems to give me a much better workout than my previous one. Only one little problem, i had a screw on one side that kept coming lose, but have fixed the problem now. Happy with my purchase.

Handlebars a bit flimsy, difficult to build but an affordable multiuse machine. You get what you pay for and this machine is true to that phrase although, not a waste of money. This machine is good value for money especially if you dont want to spend a small fortune on something you probably wont use that often.

Overall its ok, for the price. If you want better quality get just an elliptical trainer or just a bike by itself.Get help when assembling,makes it easier.Does have a bit of a forward lean due to the way the pedals are. Need to wear shoes when on it otherwise feet hurt.Makes a bit of noise. Squeaks when you use the handles to move even though everything is done up tight.Has a tendency to move side to side when using it standing up, would not recommend for people too overweight as it would feel like it was going to topple over.If you are tall,nearly 6ft when standing you cant see the screen properly and its not adjustable.Even though we did the elastics up tight they had a tendency to come loose,this was a concern as you put your weight back on them.

You get what you pay for.

Very frustrating to put together. Flimsy & constantly needing to tighten screws, its also quite noisy and rattles and shakes. But so far it is working fine, no major complaints if you just want something cheap and easy.
