Fantastic trainer - having the incline gives many resistance options
Machine works well. It was deliverred semi constructed but was relatively easy to put together. It worked properly immediately.
We checked out the life span in a local shop, then did some price comparisons on line. It was cheeper for us to order online and pay shipping. The machine was on our door step a week later. The cross trainer was easy to assemble. The control panel has easily selectanble programs with flexability to to set time or distance targets. With good stride length and smooth friction control.
The XT-40 is a smooth and solid cross trainer.The movement is smooth with 12 levels of magnetic resistance.It can also be inclined up to 5 levels.It has a large stride which is great for a taller person like me.The machine sits solidly on the floor with no movement while exercising.The computer is easy to use.
East to assemble, east to use machine. Just like the ones in the gym
Excellent product, fairly easy to put together, nice smooth motion, lots of programs but will probably stick to manual, great value for money as is much cheaper at Appliances Online
