we ordered the full kit but only ended up being sent the rails only which was a setback. overall the item is ok and lives up to its expectation. we have found that the coating on the longitudinal bars is different to the cross bars and as such they soak up more heat from the sunlight and are hot to touch on a bright day. the instructions could provide better pictures as it was difficult to understand which bolts were to go where from the exploded view. overall given our experience with this I think 3/5 is fair
