I have put our whole family on this product and it has helped with several things. Husband's flatulanc has all but t gone (thank goodness), no more thrush for 6 yr old daughter, no more constipation for the kids, I'm regular as clockwork. And as the gut is the power house for the body I just st like knowing we are supporting it's health and wellbeing so our overall health is supported too. Would recommend to others for sure.

I got this probiotic specifically for the small size capsule. My husband struggles swallowing pills and doesn't like powdered versions and this capsule is so tiny - he still doesn’t love it but it’s doable for him!I appreciate that there is 14 different strains but it would be good if the CFU count was way higher. Good for a maintenance probiotic.
The huge variety of bacterial strains must be covering all bases. I have an improved, settled stomach, so these capsules have made a difference and quickly. Foods that were disrupting my stomach can be added back into the diet.
I'd like to say that my gut has improved but haven't seen a huge effect yet. I have been taking this product for 4 weeks now and the jury is still out. In saying that this product is easy to swallow and could prove excellent given time.
Gave into the hype. Took Interest after hearing good reviews. Too soon to say much. Nice alternative to husk base products that are not always practical.
Loving the sustainable packaging and the small size capsules. Not sure of the effects yet since not noticing a massive change in my health, but I believe in them :)
This product is very powerful. I've suffered from IBS most of my life and was the recommended this Probiotic because of it's bacterial diversity.I could only use 1/10th of a capsule per day to start with as any more than that caused too much bad bacteria to die off and made me very nauseous.It took a whole year before I could take a whole capsule. This makes it very cost effective.It's 18mths since I began the diet and my gut has calmed down incredibly. Very few stomach pains now and no more diarrhoea.I tried stopping the Probiotic recently but after a week or two I didn't feel as well as I had been so I started it again and things improved.
Pleasantly surprised by this product! I can often be one to two days without a bowel movement. I take two capsules a day one in the am and in the pm, I tried just one capsule a day and it was hit and miss. Now that I am taking two a day I have a bm everyday which is great. I am now on my second bottle and would highly recommend this product.
